The draws for the UEFA Europa League and the UEFA Conference League have been completed.
Dinamo Zagreb’s UEL opponents:
Pot 1 – Bayer Leverkusen (H), AZ Alkmaar (A) | Pot 2 – Anderlecht (H), Stade Rennais (A) | Pot 3 – Sturm Graz (H), Sunderland (A) | Pot 4 – NEC Nijmegen (H), Hapoel Be’er Sheva (A)
Tough draw for the reigning champions. The ONLY games where they can be considered favourites are Sturm at the Maksimir and Be’er Sheva away at a neutral ground. NEC maybe as well, but they are no slouches. They also lost to a Norwegian side in the UCL play-off, so let’s give Dinamo the edge due to the game being in Zagreb. It won’t be easy; the home games will be the deciding factor, as the away trips are significantly tougher.
Hajduk Split’s UECL draw:
Pot 1 – Ajax (H) | Pot 2 – Midtjylland (A) | Pot 3 – Lincoln Red Imps (A) | Pot 4 – Sint-Truidense (H) | Pot 5 – Nordsjælland (H) | Pot 6 – Thun (A)
Hajduk… well, it could’ve gone much better. Especially with pots 5 and 6. Thun and Nordsjælland are the toughest opponents from those two pots, and when you see the other names, Hajduk definitely didn’t have luck on their side. The big spectacle will be Ajax at Poljud. The only match Hajduk are realistic favourites in is against Lincoln Red Imps, but don’t forget they drew vs. Rijeka last year in this same competition.
Overall, terrible draws for our two representatives. The Europa League starts on the 16/17th of September, while the Conference League stars in mid-October on the 15th.

Pong got to play next to Dragusin
They lost 3-0
Any news Erlic MRI on leg after going off 23 minutes vs Rijeka ??
OMG
This is a top 6 team signing
Yet he’s going to Hull
See what 2 wins and 6 points does ? You swim in a bigger pool for targets
Repeat: they still have like 6-8 players signed that haven’t even played yet
Anyone check betting odds Hull to stay up ? Worth a punt imo – 6 points from expect 0 or 1 so far.
🚨🟠⚫️ EXCLUSIVE: Hull City have reached an agreement in principle with Eintracht Frankfurt to sign French winger Jean-Mattéo Bahoya!
Decision up to the player now. 🇫🇷 #hcafc
Istra has a lot of young talent.
Dukan Ahmeti looks good now too. He plays for our U19s but he’s obviously of Albanian descent.
Krama, Sege, Crnac, Wedding Boy, Vlasic, Kule, and Franjo all play time today
I think only JJ w 2 assists – Bilic calling him on isn’t he ? It’s not like we gave any RBs to call (other than Smolcic)
Liam Millar !!!
What a outside of the boot pass by Belloumi
Hull currently 2nd in table with 6 points
Hold on Jakiro
Logic in Saranic, Zuzic and Kumar all being benched vs DZ ?
Has Stojko and Kacav ever started together in midfield – seems very offensive minded – Istra needs to sit back in a low block and hope for a counter to Frederksen
Sunday 9am ET
Vuskovic visits Stamford Bridge
Will he get the start?
Surely not they need to rotate and let everyone play?
But keep eyes on line-ups Sunday – could be a massive massive chance for him with a start
Maybe safer to bring him off the bench
But who likes safe right?
Jeez – this guys spending more $$$ than the best team in the World – impressive

Hull City have now reportedly made a verbal offer of €35M to OL for Malick Fofana. 💰🇫🇷
City are said to have a video call with the player today & are awaiting his decision.

Liva staying at Barca to fight
Just imagine if he proves every single person wrong (including Anonymous) and fights his way up #1
I’m sure Modric spoke to him and figures there is at least a (good) chance that he wins
Will be the most unexpected victory to #1 in the history of football
Proves us all wrong Liva !!!
Yeesh, there goes our goalkeeper for the Euros if he rides the bench for 2 years.
That’s the base case
But
Let’s think positive – maybe Liva is going to prove us all wrong
