At just 17 years, 2 months, and 1 day old, Tino Kusanović made history by becoming the youngest player ever to debut for 1. FC Nürnberg’s first team and the fourth-youngest player to debut in the 2. Bundesliga.
Kusanović is a highly promising striker. Born in Germany to Croatian parents, he has represented Croatia at the youth level.
This season, playing for Nürnberg’s youth team, he has scored an impressive 27 goals in 22 matches. On the international stage, he has netted 6 goals in 8 appearances for Croatia’s U-17 side, including a brace against European powerhouse the Netherlands, making him a key contributor to his team’s success.
There’s no doubt he has been on the radar of top clubs in both Germany and Croatia. World-renowned journalist Fabrizio Romano reported that Bayern Munich, Bayer Leverkusen, Dinamo Zagreb, and Hajduk Split have all shown serious interest in securing his signature.
In response to that growing interest, Nürnberg acted quickly and signed him to a professional contract in February 2025. Just a few months later, in May 2025, he was handed his professional debut.
With current first-team striker Stefanos Tzimas set to join Brighton this summer, Kusanović could have a real opportunity to earn significant minutes next season. Staying at Nürnberg could be ideal for his development. The 2. Bundesliga is a great stepping stone for young players, and with legendary manager Miroslav Klose, former German international and the all-time leading World Cup goalscorer, believing in his potential, there’s no rush to leave.
If he continues on this path with Nürnberg, Kusanović could very well follow in the footsteps of Tzimas and earn a big move to the Premier League or Bundesliga in the near future.
Luka Vuskovic will be playing CHAMPIONS LEAGUE football next year !!!

We probably won’t see anonymous here for a few days. Too busy celebrating Tottenham Europa trophy.
Also, Ive read that Xavi Alonso is asking Madrid to sign Modric for a year but im not 100% sure on that.
There are articles out there which suggest Modrić is staying on with Madrid for another season potentially. Looks like the dude is going into 40 and still playing, unreal!

Unfortunately the source is MARCA, so we’ll see how it plays out lol.
Pretty wild (from the Madrid Zone):
Only TWO Real Madrid players have not missed a match due to injury this season:
• Luka Modrić
• Arda Güler
Baturina PR team just got Fabrizio to post about him
20-25m
English, Italian and German clubs (including Frankfurt)

Also, apparently Frankfurt asking 100m for Ekitike (Anonymous watched him vs. T*ttenham and he didn’t really do anything/much – didn’t see a 100m player)
Poor Igor – stuck behind 170m Marmoush (70m) + Ekitike (100m) this year
Dalic
Not too late to call-up Matanovic
He scored 2 goals y’day !!!
Anonymous isn’t joking
Well the joke is Eintract won 14-0 vs. in some friendly
And Eintract was fielding players such as 14 y.o. Niko Ilicevic who also scored (currently with Germany U15, but also eligible for Croatia)
Here are the highlights

It’s pretty embarrassing that Igor has to play in such a game next to 14 y.o.
As aside, that’s why you need to understand beyond headline # of goals – Igor scored 2 y’day – but I mean in context of 14-0 win
Illicevic scored the 13th and assisted the 14th (maybe more, hard to tell from the highlights)
There is another friendly Eintract vs. Weimar
If Matanovic gets another 45′ he’ll have his fitness back more or less
Dalic – not too late !
Step by step
He should stay with Klose and see if he can get consistent minutes and perform in 2. Bundesliga over the course of the entire next year
But even if he performs at a high-level in 2. Bundesliga that isn’t a guarantee of automatic success at the next level (Tzimas is a “right-tail” outlier where teams including Liverpool where looking at him based on “data/analytics” (beyond the goals scored) – who knows how many minutes he’ll actually get at Brighton next year or if he’ll go on loan after pre-season, etc)
Football is a pyramid to the top – at each level you have to “dominate” just to get a chance to move up to next tier – but not every player is going to be successful at that next level (by definition)
Look at Matanovic – he’s gotten 673′ minutes this year at Eintract (even after Marmoush left in January – yes I know he injured his foot – but still) – after dominating in 2. Bundesliga (while getting c.300 minutes for Croatia – btw: nobody mentioning Dalic didn’t call him up although he’s healthy)
The good news is Frieberg are trying to buy him – apparently they don’t have a #9 – so he would be the main man (and they are in Europa League next year – which is a good level for him)

I just read an article on Jutarnji about Karlo Letica. Does anyone have information on this guy??
Looks like a proper player. Technical, quick and composed. As we have had to learn the hard way though…..loooong way to go
Forget that.
Dalić! Call him up now!!!
