Musa has not played a single min despite being fit.
If brozovic moves to liverpool, he will need time to adjust and has no guarantee first team football.
Caleta car on bench.
Stanisic 3rd choice RB behind marao and pavard
Barisic is already condemned in rangers
If sosa moves to man city, prepare to play 2nd fiddle to cancelo.
Perisic no guarantee a starter now as sness played well and scored in 1st match
Vlasic is condemned in west ham.
I hope gvardiol does not move to chelsea or man city
Pongracic not even on bench
Lovren not even playing
Vlasic just moved to Torino.
Took a $1 million pay cut to make it happen. Torino has an option to buy at the end of the season for around 14 million Euro. He will be the main man in Torino and will likely have a bounceback season. He wouldn’t have taken a paycut like that to secure the move if he wasn’t determined to get his career back on track.
Many of the players you listed are backups or non factors.
Lovren, Duje, Musa, Pongracic, Barisic…these guys are not important and we have better players now.
Broz and Gvardiol are starting at their clubs no matter who ends up buying them. You can’t honestly be seriously concerned about these two superstars, lol.
Perisic is a NT veteran. He delivers for us no matter what he does at club level. Personally, I prefer him to not be a regular starter at his club (for load management purposes). I want him fresh and ready for the World Cup. He played too much for Inter last season and ended the year with a torn muscle. If the World Cup was in June, we would have been without Perisic.
Sosa won’t go to a team that doesn’t guarantee him a starting spot. Money is not the issue, as many EPL clubs want him and will pay him whatever he wants…and Stuttgart doesn’t play any factor in the decision because the buyout clause in his contract is triggered. Stuttgart gets 20 million and they don’t get a say in the matter. It’s all pretty much on Sosa to decide where he goes.
The only ‘concerns’ are Stanisic and Kovacic..
I would like Stanisic to secure a starting gig at his club, because I like him (defensively) as our RB option and want him to challenge Juranovic for that role.
However, he’s never been a regular starter at Bayern and he still impresses for the National Team. He’s also very young and on an upward trajectory.
I think Dalic recognizes this and so long as he gets regular minutes (even as a backup at Bayern) things should be good.
Kovacic being a backup isn’t as big a deal as you may think. He’s the weakest of our central trio (Broz and Modric are more important) and it may actually open the door to trying out a more offensive minded #10 in front of Modric/Broz (like Majer, Sucic, Krama, etc.)
Season is still way too early, so we’ll see how things pan out.
What’s most important is the depth of our talent.
For every youngster that has a season-ending injury (like Kacavenda), we have another one (Martin Baturina) who has a breakout year.
For every intriguing striker prospect that makes a club switch and finds himself on the bench (Musa), you have another one who does the same thing (in Ljubicic) and pops 9 goals in 4 games.
For every regular starter who may lose a starting spot at his club (like Kovacic), you will have one who takes another career step forward (like Luka Sucic) that could replace him.
We have a lot of depth right now, so I’m not concerned at all about any of the guys you listed.
Kovacic will play a lot, none of those midfielders at Chelsea have shown they can make it thru a season healthy, and tuchel rotates them even when they are healthy! I am actually more concerned about our youngest players finding suitable clubs to play it
… Vidovic, Zvonarek shouldn’t play in 4th tier German league.
Stanisic needs to play
Sosa and Majer need to make a step up in team caliber.
Roko Simic needs to find a way to get first team minutes
I think majer will get some champions league qualifying play this year? I thought Rennes made it
Where would be a good fit for him?
I agree with majer or sucic coming for kovas spot sooner than later
Rennes fell just short! They are in Europa this year! As for where he should play? I would say overall the French league is a weak league, Spain or Italy would be a nice fit for him, especially on a top 1/4 of the table type team… But as long as he getting minutes and performing it’s not that big of a deal this year. He is 24, so this should be his last year at Rennes imo
Your right about the rotation for Kova. The EPL is very demanding, and Tuchel always rotates between Kova, konte, Jorgihno. Even an “out of form” Saul got plenty of playing time to fill in for injuries and fatigue.
Good move for Vlasic. He should have done this type of move instead of WestHam in the first place
There was so much anonymous doom in the original comment that I can’t help but chime in. All good points from my fellow commentators here. I just want to add that Barisić is far from “condemned” at Rangers and instead played 90 minutes and assisted the goal that put Rangers through to the Champions League playoff, and he put in the cross that led to the PK that became Rangers’ first goal yesterday (the second was a gritty finish from Čolak). As I have already commented, the team is so deep that even the weak links are looking pretty strong. It may not matter in 90 minute matches in the group stage, but if the team suffers injuries or needs substitutes in the 100th minute in a knockout round in Qatar, having all of these guys who make a living coming off the bench at top clubs or making clutch contributions at smaller clubs will be important.
great to see Cacic in the interview after the game. Fix a few TV’s, coach a few games and definitely a few Shlivo every night- good for him . Keep going guys. I do like Orsic – he’s got game but anybody would look good against those chumps they we’re playing.
Not sure what to say after watching this match. Dinamo played well in the first half and were 3 – 0 up ( 1 – 0 before first red card). However, it must be said that the French Referee played a big part in the outcome of this match. He was quick on the yellow cards and the first two red cards for Ludogorets were harsh. The dissapointing thing is that even with numerical advantage Dinamo was unable to finish off the visitors till Petkovic scored late on from the penalty spot. The visitors were able to score two goals being a man down, which must be a concern for Cacic. Dino Peric once again had a poor match as the CB and was at fault with both goals.
Second half performance was poor hence the negative chants and whistles from the crowd during the second half and after the match.
Yes true but they had a 4 goal aggregate lead and they probably made the mistake of taking their foot off the gas…not unusual.
As per the cards, Ludogrets got away with tons of fouls over this two games series so I really don’t feel bad for the red cards…we are usually on the shitty end of calls…I’m not gonna complain when they go our way!
Don’t get me wrong, I was glad when they got red carded. I’m just saying had it been the other way around the referee in all probability would have needed to be escorted from the field and the ground, all the way to the airport. With the first send off, you could see the ref taking out the red card yet it took the Maxsport TV commentators 10-15 seconds to realise that the player got his marching orders.
As far as Dinamo “taking their foot off the gas”, maybe ? but they also have a problem in midfield. With the departure of Majer it is not creative enough anymore. Ivanusec totally out of form and being pushed out of the starting 11 by the very talented Baturina. It is good to see that Orsic is finally finding some form. Petkovic looks unfit and I cannot see him making the starting 11 on this form ?
Next stop Norway and the artificial turf. I see this as the biggest problem for Dinamo. It is going to be tough in Norway, but if they can avoid defeat they should make the group stages of the Champions League by doing the business in the return leg at Maksimir.
I totally agree about Ivanusec not looking in form, he’s far from being creative while Baturina has surprised me with how good he is…the guy really makes some good plays to advance the forward while looking to take on guys and make some really good passes. If Baturina keeps doing this he’s going to be the new surprise like Josip Šutalo was last season.
As far as Petkovic goes, I really wish that guy would give his head a shake. In a few more years his career will pretty much come to an end and he’s going to have some really bad regrets for not making the most of his career. Without a doubt he is super talented and also super dumb for allowing his personal decisions to screw up his career! Lots of partying and then going through the motions at training sessions…it’s truly a shame to see such a talented guy waste everything because of his attitude!
Cacic is not really qualified to run this team! They need more than just talent, they also need motivation, strategy and to be ready for each game, something we have already seen is not happening.
It’s really great to see us churning out young talent like this.
Josip Šutalo, Martin Baturina and Marin Ljubičić are looking very good and could be integral pieces to our senior team very soon.
I actually want Šutalo to start for us already.
What’s amazing is that we have guys like Stanišić, Sučić, Majer, etc who are also great young players (who haven’t even really established themselves yet on the senior NT) yet we already have a conveyor belt of talent coming through anyway.
If anyone has a sideways year (like Ivanušec did) then you’re already off the team and two more youngsters take your place.
None of these guys were really on the radar around the last Euros. Amazing what happens in one year.
The referee made the right calls in all of those cases, with the first two being second yellow cards. The way Ludogorets plays is violent. If you watch a replay of all those fouls, you will see that they were aiming for the player. The same was true in the first leg, but it was even more obvious this time. However, letting Ludogorets come back to make it a close match for a while was inexcusable, even more so after the second ejection. Even with 9 players, and then even with 8, Ludogorets was able to reach the Dinamo goal line. They shouldn’t even have had possession at that point.
Good win for Dinamo, they just made an extra 8.6 million Euros. We now need Hajduk to get through this next game and then to focus on Villarreal! Never say “NEVER”! Stranger things have happened and Hajduk have the mindset to play and win…they’ll have a massive fan base behind them and I do believe it will be possible to win…attitude will matter!
I’m hoping we can slowly build a couple teams in Croatia to compete at least into the rounds where it will make a difference for our coefficient.
Hajduk would be the best for us to get into European competitions.
Maksimir is an eyesore, and the stadium is never even close to full. They really need to tear it down.
Poljud is a lot nicer, and the packed stadium atmosphere would be insane.
Would be nice to give our European competition a taste of that fanbase in Europa or Champions League one day.
I can’t understand how ZG can’t build a better stadium? It’s shameful they still play in that shit hole of a stadium!
Didn’t they spend a crap load of money to improve Maksimir during the Mamic years that ended up with next to nothing being built? Does anyone else remember this?
That talk has been going on and off for years, not sure if Mamic has anything to do with it?
Mamic had his hands on everything Dinamo, he would have been making a huge deal of it if someone else was funneling money into their bank accounts…
Looks like Čolak scored and Barisić assisted in a big win for Rangers, who came behind from 0-2 on aggregate to advance to the next stage
Nice to see Dinamo doing well.
Hopefully Livakovic scores one in his own goal just as a reminder to Dalic.
I don’t wish that on the guy lol Maminjo…
Nice goal….better live feed! 😉
Thanks for the youtube feed!
Dinamo is dominating!
Found this bulgarian stream:

chase streams on youtube, then switch when they crap out…any better ways to watch?
Too bad this games not on any Croatian TV channels. Why does Croatia have publicly owned broadcasting service when they can’t even show important sporting events taking place in our capital city?
It is bro…it’s on MaxSport!
I’m watching this live while camping!
Enjoy your camping trip!
