Luka Sučić: Has only played 200 La Liga minutes this season for Real Sociedad in 6 matches.
Borna Sosa: Has only played 30 minutes of Premier League ball for Crystal Palace this season.
Martin Baturina: Has only played 262 minutes in 10 matches for Como in Serie A. He has one goal to his name.
I think kompany likes stanisic he values his all around game I think he’ll be ok.
P. Sucic main thing is he gets minutes consistently which he does usually when he’s subbed in it’s at least for 20 mins and gets the odd start. He’s young playing in one of best teams in Italy if he plays same amount as he has he’ll be ok for WC.
Moro could just be a one off he’s started most games. He’s having good year.
Matkovic could be one too watch he’s back and people are saying he didn’t lose any speed after injury if he can take off could be interesting we really need this kid not to flop. Unique skill set.

Sutalo back from injury played in their friendly other day hopefully it translates to the weekend as season starts and he catches form from last season.
D-CC is interesting started other day don’t know it’s because someone else was injured or new coach views him to be part of starting 11. Read that one of the CB was injured and is now back so will see this weekend or after a month.
Sosa sucks I think he’s one to officially write off. Don’t blame him I’d take the money too.
One thing I feel very confident is stanisic will play LB for us at WC. I don’t see anyone else in that position it’s not realistic.
As for rest of backline its’s up for grabs if I had to put money if all are healthy and playing and back line of 4 it probably
Valincic sutalo Erlic stanisic.
I think Valincic is in play and I prefer him over Jakic in that position dalic needs speed in wings and I think will monitor him. After losing Gvardiol you need some juice. If dalic was ok with Juranovic who in my mind was worse defensively and not as good offensively than Valincic than why not try valincic.
I don’t see jakic and valincic both starting and stanisic playing CB. I can’t imagine Dalic going with a totally new line.
If it was me I would have my speed on wings valincic and stanisic i would want a ball moving CB either Sutalo or Pong who ever is playing well and I would want someone steady like Erlic.

I don’t think the question is who ‘’needs it the most’’, but who does the *National Team* need the most amongst these players
Livakovic will be fine. He’s proven himself and will find a way to play somewhere, no matter where. And even then might still be #1 goalie even without a club lol
Baturina will most likely not be on the squad if he doesn’t get more playtime. What he’s starting to get now is not enough. Also, he has kind of struggled to perform for the national team and maybe needs more time. While we still have Modric we can do without Baturina for sure.
IMO, the most important is Luka Sucic – we have no other attacking midfielder that offers what he does. Yes Vlasic is playing well right now but Luka Sucic has a different spark, and we need someone who shoots from outside the box like he does.
Sosa has just not been a good option in a while for ys even when he had more playtime with his club – hopefully Gvardiol will be fine and Valincic will get a chance etc etc
I used to come on the website a lot and to read through all the comments but so many people are spamming on here now that it’s become really frustrating – I used to learn a lot of new things/read great analyses through the comments, but now I get too discouraged when I scroll

Not sure what you are talking about ?? never said that English Championship does not have any good players capable of playing in EPL or for various national teams.
I just suggested that Pandur playing for Hull in my opinion is not good enough for the number 1 spot in the Croatian national team and that Semper playing in Seria A is ahead of him as is Kotarski despite some poor form in recent times.
Also, FYI Semper was not to blame for any of the goals against Como.

Some people on this site believe everything you write because they don’t have the time or access to Sport TV channels to fact check your comments. For what it’s worth. But here comes the conflict between what the hns wants and what the man city wants. Man city wants their investment safe and ready for next season.

Dinamo has faced 2.94 Shots on Target Against (2nd lowest behind Hajduk) and 8.17 Shots Against (lowest in the league) – so it’s more than 1 shot per game
Of course it would be better bc it would be more challenging if he went to Vukovar, Osijek, Istra or even Belupo – but Liva is fragile and needs to be pampered and feel comfortable – I mean from a psychological perspective – so for the sake of Croatia NT – let him go to Dinamo

You could also swap Valincic (to RB) and Jakic (to LB) potentially if Jakic can do Dalic yet another solid and move over to LB (it’s not impossible see Djed Spence and many other examples – but it might be too awkward for him – to test during the March friendlies)
Jakic is arguably more responsible defensively than Valincic (maybe more bc he doesn’t bomb up the wing constantly like Moris) – so you cover Vuskovic nicely with Jakic on one side and Stanisic next to him – you also have Stanisic there to cover for Valincic if bombs up the left side
Stanisic moved to CB for Bayern vs Hamburg when once of the CBs went off (also vs. Monchengladbach) this year – he also played CB over 10 times for Bayern last year (include all three Club World Cup group games)
I don’t care if Stanisic is “better” in the full-back position – he plays for Bayern – and if he is good enough to play CB for Bayern at times – then he’s good enough to play CB for Croatia

He has two very good Bundesliga defenders in Stanišić and Vušković.
He has a decent stop-gap RB in Jakić who has been solid for us in qualifiers.
Valinčić (when healthy) if an intriguing option, but he needs to get back from injury and to the form he began the season with.
Dalić has actually experimented with Marco Pašalić at RB too.
We still have Šutalo (who is struggling this season) but can turn it around and finish strong.
…Or Dalić can roll the dice on guys like Prpić or whoever.
This is where he needs to do some homework and watch some club football over the next five months, and REALLY use those March qualifiers to figure things out.

I remember Dalic said something along the lines of he sent Corluka to Slovenia to watch Frank for one game (this was after he was on the call-up list) and after the game they decided not to call him up in November
The implication being that they put him on the call-up list – without actually watching him – and the extent of their scouting was going in person for one game and making a decision
There is something called the internet – they can watch every single game of every single one of the players on the longer-list – that’s what they should be doing – but haven’t up to date (based on Dalic’s statement) – going in person is also necessary so they can speak to coaches and other folks around the club about the player (but there is no excuse I couldn’t go in person so I didn’t watch as they could watch on the internet)
It all sounds half-assed
Maybe with Dalic’s ass to the fire now (with Josko out) he will decide to start working hard
He definitely gets credit with he Jakic at RB move – that’s 100% to his credit – but now he needs to do that another 2-3 times for other positions

I know Valincic has been linked with a move to Inter and Napoli this winter – but in light of Gvardiol being out – HNS / Dalic / EVERYONE – has to block Valincic moving now – Moris needs to recover from his injury and play for Dinamo every game he can until the World Cup – no f*cking around here – he (and his agent in particular) has to “sacrifice” short-term gain (higher salary / commission (agent)) for the sake of Croatia
And of course if DCC (Real want to cancel his loan), Sutalo (Ajax signed Tomiyasu on a free – while selling Kenneth Taylor for big $$$), Pongracic (he might move to a “better” club in January will he play there?), or Erlic (what if Midtjylland win the Europa? lol) step up their performance and play lights-out the next 5 months – then we can consider one of the them for the CB role too – but they are all guilty, until proven innocent
I forgot about Erlić. He’s another one having a great season on a team that is (again) going to go far in Europa League.
So we have options.
I think Valinčić’s injury hurts his chances of a transfer, but this is good for him. He’ll get his starting spot back at Dinamo and hopefully he receives a call up in March.

Luka sucic I think needs it the most. Watched real on weekend they played 4-4-2 with new coach first game. Terrible system for him unused sub in first game with new coach bad sign, I think he’s done in Spain.
The one position, that I would be the least affected by lack of playing time is the Senior goalie position, where someone although he has mastered his craft, happens to not be considered the top club option. It might be quite ideal to have less mileage on a set of older tires, and conserve tread at this age.
Regarding the other positions and players 100% totally agree.
If Oblak only played for Slovenia, I would be fine with that.
Maybe Sutalo would benefit from a move in this transfer window.
