Here are the results for April 14th…
Hajduk Split [ 1-0 ] NK Istra 1961
IBRIČIĆ SAVES HAJDUK…AGAIN
It took a 78th minute Senijad Ibričić goal for Hajduk to skim by a poor Istra side at Poljud Wednesday night. With the three points, Hajduk slide into third place with plenty of offensive questions to answer this summer. Hajduk have only scored 39 goals this season compared to league leaders Dinamo, who have 65 to their name. Time to break the piggy bank. Literally.
Cibalia Vinkovci [ 4-3 ] HNK Šibenik
Cibalia hosted Šibenik in what may be the ‘match of the season’. The game would decide which club would hold second position in the Prva Liga table behind Dinamo with only five matches remaining in the season. Šibenik led at halftime 2-1 with a double from Grgić. Cibalia quickly took control of the game in the second half with goals from Milardović and Kresinger in the 55th and 58th minutes. With a Europa League spot surely on the line, Šibenik equalized the game in injury time only to be shocked seconds later by a Tomić game winner to give Cibalia the full points in a 4-3 win.
Varteks Varaždin [ 1-2 ] Dinamo Zagreb
Inter Zaprešić [ 0-3 ] NK Osijek
Slaven Belupo [ 2-1 ] NK Zadar
NK Lokomotiva [ 1-3 ] Međimurje
NK Rijeka [ 4-2 ] Croatia Sesvete
NK Zagreb [ 4-2 ] Karlovac

Re: Ziva
Ruki
lol you really don't like the guy do you. He's only young. He hasn't been that bad in Greece. Surely he can score 12 a season in Croatia. Its not much. Cop and Livaja are still a season away.
Well if you don't want Ruki… i definitely would be happy to see Ljubo back in Dinamo. The guys a quality finisher. If we can keep him fit, we'll have a potential £2m player on our hands in a years time. Its better than Slepicka, Dodo and Primorac. Dodo may be a decent squad player and Slepicka scores the odd goal, but i'd definitely take Ljubo if we can't get anyone like Zec, Keric, Bjelanovic, Cesarec or anyone like that. Ljubo will do just fine
I would not want Rukavina back. He did nothing for Hajduk the first time around, has done nothing in Greece. I would expect him to do nothing for Hajduk if he came back. The kid should run the 100m dash, not play soccer.
Thanks for the link Michael. Looks like Subasic will get his chance in May.
Ibricic has to move on. He was ready to move abroad when he was at NK Zagreb. Unfortunately though his transfer fee will only cover compensation to Buljat, Jertec, Vejic, Seric, Aracic, Rodic, Ahmad Sharbini, Pelaic and Smoje. Hajduk should be able to find a striker. I think Leon Benko will be cheap and do a damn good job for them. They can keep Vukusic, Cop and Ticinovic as forward cover. I'd say hajduk do not need to buy a replacement for Ibricic. There is enough attacking midfielders in the club. Rukavina to Hajduk would not be the worse move for both parties so they can get back to two up front.
Re: Ante B
Its Goran Ljubojevic. He's scoring nearly a goal a game for Zagreb. He's worth signing as is only 26 is free on barely any wages and is better than Primorac who never scores.

Time for Subasic to step up.
I heard a report that Vedran Runje is injured and going to be out for awhile. Anyone else hear this?
Zagreb needs points to stay up, Stimac is coaching ZG. No surprise with that result.
Man, how about Zagreb sticking it to Karlovac 4:2? Who saw that coming?
Dinamo just scored a goal (Dodo) literally before the end of the first half.
