Bojan “Babo” Bogdanović had the best home playoff debut he could ask for for the Indiana Pacers as he scored 30 points in a 92-90 win over Lebron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers. Babo shot 11/15 from the field and 7/9 from 3-point. He also guarded Lebron most of the night and was effective as the Cavs led by double digits for most of the game heading into the second half.
The Pacers now hold a 2-1 series lead on the Cavs going into Game 4 Sunday night in Indianapolis.
Bogdanović Highlights vs. Cavs In Game 3
Great game but it was 7 threes. He ain’t have no MJ night
Bogdanovics game against the Cavs was incredible
Probably once in a lifetime
I was shocked to see him guard lebron (i thought it was A mistake initially), and even more shocked to see him do it effectively
It will be hard for bojan to repeat this on either front. 7 of 9 on extremely difficult 3s is not repeatable
Also, I’m sure lebron is not happy about hearing how bojan locked him down. Ultimately, bojan cannot guard lebron. Expect lebron to be angry this next game and torch him.. Non stop attacks to the hoop

MJ’s easily the best I’ve seen in my lifetime. People in general are softer nowadays so that applies to all professions.
Equalled Reggie Miller’s pacers 3 point play off record, 7 of 9 for 3 pointers
MJ’s easily the best I’ve seen in my lifetime.
People in general are softer so that applies to everything for me.
Nowadays people get a gym pass and a couple of tatts and they confuse that with being tough.

Look at Hull and Howe here.
I don’t think that’s weightroom muscle.
Watched the game , he literally owned the court, big game tomorrow, let’s see what BB can do this time
@Poglavnik so who in your opinon is the greatest NBA player of all time? Mine is and for the forseeable future MJ. Also do you think the NHL is softer nowadays as well?
Or better yet the Bad Boys of the late 80’s.
The game is softer with the hand-check rule so in turn the players are softer.
Would’ve loved to see Lebron get through Oakley, Mason and the 90’s Knicks. Nevermind Jordan’s Bulls or even Reggie’s Pacers.
@ Poglavnik. I agree with you sto posto about Kukoc. My question to you is….is today’s NBA tougher than what is was back then? I tend to think Kukoc’s performance was better for sure because overall the players were better back then. Kukoc’s performance was epic and so was Bogdanovic’s last night. I would love to see Hrvati make it far in these playoffs and I would really love to see Cleveland knocked out.
And Bogdanovic had 30 not 40.
Big difference.
I don’t know man.
That was game 7 and Bulls were looking done if it werent for Kukoc carrying them in that 2nd half.
You can have your round 1 game 3 performance.
Game 7 in the conference finals trumps that all day.
@Poglavnik-Kukoc’s game was awesome, and it did lift the bulls in 3rd or 4th Qtr, if I recall correctly– but he ended up with 21 that gm. Think “Buckets Balla” Bogdanovic’s 40 tops it.
@BZ
Kukoc, game 7 conference finals vs the Pacers.
Still wanna call my season mediocre, Kvartuč? SMH
@anon. Zasto sam ja trolljak? Ja nista ruzno nisam nikoga rekao.
Ivan Novak = Jovan Trolljak
@Jarac, ja ne serem brate moj, sve sto ja govorim je istina!

Here in North America beards are acceptable. Make sure you are clean shaven when visiting beautiful Croatia!
Do you guys think walking around Croatia with Oluja 95 on my black jersey would give me too much negative attention? I know first hand how most Croatians can be judgemental. I had grown a beard for three months last year not even thinking anything about it and went to Croatia with it. Every where I went people were staring at me and whispering, which made me very uncomfortable, although my wife liked it. We would walk through the city squares and people would just stare at me while they were sitting at the Kafic’s drinking coffee. When we got down to the village in Lika to visit my father in law Stjepan, he almost fainted and started calling me a Cetnik! So that very day I went to the local barber to shave it completely and after that the negative attention discontinued.

@Iggy, hehehe I just showed my beautiful wife Sara your post to put Mamic on the jersey and she nearly spit out her morning coffee due to laughter! You see her father is from a town in Lika and is an ex Croatian soldier who is a huge Hajduk fan. She said he would probably kick my ass if I did that. He likes to tell me stories from the war when the janjetina is on the spit and we’re drinking Ozujsko. Although if I put the Oluja 95 on it like Croatianperson85 said, he would be extremely proud and Sara agreed!
@ Iggy
You can name every Davis Cup stat from the last 20 years but do not know our best basketball player?
Question:
How often is there a Davis Cup.
Seems every other week we are in some meaningless Davis Cup semi-final?
Who?
Bojan “”Buckets” Bogdanović.
God bless him as he has preserved through an NBA Odyssey but always seems to come up big in the playoffs.
Petrović in a different Universe.
But in Šarić we have two forwards competing well in high profile play off series.
Just need to produce a lead guard and then we can be world beaters.
GOAT!
No seriously, is that the best Croatian postseason game?
Better than Petro’s 40 in a loss to Cavs?
was an assassin today.
