Luka Modrić has verbally agreed to sign a new 1-year deal to stay at AC Milan, per Fabrizio Romano.
Modrić’s international timeline with Croatia is still up in the air with rumors he may retire from the red and white checkers this October in a Nations League clash versus Spain at Poljud.
However, there are more rumors suggesting new Croatia manager Slaven Bilić would like him to stay through the next Euro 2028 cycle. We shall see.

Thun 1 v Dinamo 1
On balance of play fair result. Thun better in the first half and went ahead on 20 minutes with a header from a cross. Dinamo goalkeeper Filipovic came of his line to meet the cross but never got there.
Orsic for Dinamo had a couple of good chances at the start of the second half but could not convert. Zajc with a low shot into the bottom corner in the 86th minute for 1 – 1.
Return leg in Zagreb on real grass should help Dinamo to progress. Dinamo technically much better side while Thun is stronger physically.
Hajduk, Rijeka and Varazdin all play on Thursday.
You guys think Oršić could be back to the repka if he can produce his old form or is he most likely done?
