Croatia handled Serbia 23-20 Saturday night in the second match of Euro 2022 preliminary group play. The win for the Croatian Cowboys over Serbia means that a victory over Ukraine on Monday will see them progress to the Main Round; which consists of 12 teams across two groups. Croatia is expected to defeat Ukraine on Monday, who have yet to win a game at Euro 2022 in two matches.
It was a tight 1st half with Serbia as both sides went back and forth with Croatia leading 11-9 at the break. But it was all Croatia after the restart with the Serbs struggling to keep up from the 40′ mark and beyond. Ivan Čupić and Ivan Martinović each lead the game in scoring with six goals apiece. Croatia now play Ukraine Monday at Noon (ET) in the preliminary round finale. A win and Croatia are guaranteed four more games at Euro 2022 as they fight for a semifinal berth.

Where does he go next year?
He will play completely lights out in qatar
It’s all he knows
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-10407657/Chelsea-target-Ivan-Perisic-boss-Thomas-Tuchel-eager-bolster-wing-options.html
Mmmmmm ?
Perišić with his two footed skills and finishing from all angles will be good for years to come.
Inter is broke.
He should definitely at this point get as much money as possible.
It just seems like he was always in and out there
It’s mind blowing he never got transferred after World Cup
I guess they just wanted too much
Seems to me overall like both sides would have been better off if he left earlier
I hope the best for the rest of his career
He will play like a beast in Qatar no doubt!
we have more 2 footed players coming in to HNS and this is going to be great for set plays- Majer, Sucic, Sosa- who knows who will play in Qatar but you get guys that are comfortable left and right- it’s an advantage- Perisic is one of the best.
Sucic is very one-footed. Rarely uses his right.
Good win for the cowboys
Is Sosa injured?
He didn’t play against Leipzig this weekend
Gvardiol had another decent performance
He’s a confident young man!
Ya someone said he was injured I thought last week when I asked
Watched the match and it was a good win against Serbia. The team is in transition with many new, younger players in the squad after failing to qualify for the Tokyo Olympics. Duvnjak again did not play because of Covid. Goalkeeper Sunjic came of the bench and made some crucial saves in the second half.
Anyone have a link?
