For the first time this season, the Brooklyn Nets had a decent week. They went 2-2 compared to not winning a game or losing three out of four games. It started off rough against Oklahoma City in a 110-99 defeat. Bojan Bogdanovic contributed with four points on two of six shooting in 22 minutes of action. It was a lackluster game for the second year player, as Andrea Bargnani is taking more shots and cutting into Bogdanovic’s opportunities.
The losing streak continued against Cleveland in a close 90-88 defeat. Bogdanovic was limited to just ten minutes and only scored two points. With Cleveland being one of the most athletic teams in the league, Rondae Hollis-Jefferson and Joe Johnson played more minutes to contain LeBron James.
Brooklyn won their fourth game of the season against Detroit last Sunday. In a 97-93 victory, Bogdanovic scored four points on two of six shooting in 21 minutes. Minutes were evenly split between Bojan and first round pick Hollis-Jefferson. They continued their winning streak last night against Phoenix in a 94-91 victory. Bojan scored seven points by going three of five from the field. With trade rumors starting to emerge, we’ll have to monitor Bogdanovic’s status in the coming weeks. Lionel Hollins never appeared to be a full supporter of his capabilities. so a trade wouldn’t be surprising.
If Bogdanovic remains on the Nets, the six man faces an eventful week. The “battle in New York” will take place on Friday, as Brooklyn will take on the Knicks in Madison Square Garden. The undefeated Golden State Warriors come into town on Sunday, which should hopefully include a few Bogdanovic and Andrew Bogut interactions. They finish their week on Tuesday at home against Houston.

Mario Hezonja finds himself out of Orlando’s rotation. The rookie shooting guard has played a combined seven minutes over the past four games. Scott Skiles hasn’t said anything publicly about his demotion. Many people know about Skiles’ no-nonsense attitude. We should receive information in the coming days about Hezonja’s status. Orlando has won their last four games.

With the return of Nemanja Bjelica (knee) who sat out the two games before Sunday night, Damjan Rudež appears to be back out of the Timberwolves’ rotation. Damjan played 35 minutes in the two games that Bjelica was not in and averaged eight points in his absence.

Andrew Bogut has enjoyed the Steph Curry show as much as anyone as the 31-year-old center has averaged only 16 minutes per game this week. The Warriors are steamrolling past the competition which allows Andrew some valuable rest after just recently returning from a concussion.
Andrew Bogut with back to back blocks against the Suns
The Australian born Croatian averaged six points, five rebounds and a couple of blocks on 60% shooting from the field. The Warriors have been so unselfish this season in their quest to repeat and show the world that their 2015 championship was no fluke. As long as Bogut can stay healthy, he can be a valuable piece to clog up the lane against some of the bigger teams.

Sacramento Kings undrafted rookie, Duje Dukan, returned to the Kings after playing a couple of games for the team’s NBA D-League affiliate, the Reno Bighorns. Duje looked on from the bench against Dallas, Minnesota, Milwaukee and Golden State this week.
Where’s the betting man gone? Has no one taken him up on his offers
Javi seeeeeeeeee
Warriors losses this year, not this season is what Ziva asked.
How many games have the Warriors got left this year?
I want some action.
Warriors take this one. They may go 70-12, but no way sixers win (12) that many. Whats the bet?
@ ziva
I’ll take that bet little buddy
6ers more wins than warriors losses
Name the stakes, straight cash both deposit to a 3rd party
Yeah and Shawn Bradley is the starting center
76ers will easily win more this season, than the Warriors lose this year. Is Clarence Weatherspoon still playing?
Any bet takers…….what is the higher number……..number of wins by he 76ers this season or number of losses by the Warriors this year?
Posts about the Warriors are way more interesting than anything this current crop of Hrvati/Half Hrvati are doing in the league..
I’m predicting Steph misses time with an injury and they don’t even hit 70 wins.
It all depends on injuries. This 7-game roadtrip is a joke. Toronto will test the Warriors, however, that game isn’t until Saturday night. The rest of the roadtrip is garbage. Paul George can put up 50 and the Pacers will still lose.
Great chance Warriors will be 28-0 before their Christmas match with Lebron and the Cavs. I would be shocked if they lost more than a game before then.
72-10 if healthy.
I agree with Kvartuc. They make it to 70 but won’t beat MJ and the Bulls all-time record.
No no no…
They’re currently on a 7-game roadie and will not get close to a perfect season. Even if they stay completely healthy.
70-12
Agree.
Golden State Warriors to finish 82-0 or 81-1.
