Dinamo Zagreb entered yesterday’s return match against Israel’s Hapoel Beer-Sheva with a five-goal aggregate lead. This lead was cut to three goals rather quickly when Hapoel scored twice before the half. With an almost-nervous feeling creeping up on the Modri, Mario Budimir and Izet Hajrović stepped up to even the score at two.
This returned the dominating five-goal lead, winning the two-legged tie 7-2. The win punched their ticket to teh third round of qualifying where they await the victor of today’s match between Danish side FC Midtylland and Kazak side Astana FC.
NK Osijek travel to Glasgow tomorrow to try and regain control of their Europa League destiny. They are currently behind 1-0 entering the match against Rangers, but are prepared to take on the Scots and hope to advance to the third round.
Hajduk Split will look to defend their 1-0 lead against Slavia Sofia in Bulgaria tomorrow afternoon.
serbs are vlachs ..no telling what they will do..serb war criminals walk freely..but ,oh a few hrvats drunk..cause trouble ..life sentence.
Actually they have every right to hold them in prison. The crime took place in Serbia. These fans are idiots.
@Edo Many Europa League games are on YouTube. Just type in the two clubs that are playing followed by the word “live”.
I searched “Osijek Rangers live” and was able to watch the game yesterday.
They robbed and vandalized a gas station store yes but as Croatian citizens its the Croatian police and Croatian courts they should face not the Serbians. Serbia has no right to arrest and hold our fans in prison.
Actually they have every right. These fans robbed a store! WTF were they thinking.
Serbian police arrest our fans. They have no right to arrest our citizens only Croatia has that right. I hope our government does something.
Dalic said he’s staying i thought
What’s the status of Dalić?
We have a Nations League match in Spain in a little over a month.
Vlasic asked to leave first team practice.
Are you running a PL fantasy league this year?
Where are some good sites to stream Europa league games that Cro teams play in?
Hajduk advances. They won 2-3 in Bulgaria.
Osijek is still 0-0 after 45 minutes but Osijek is playing very well. Some young Croatian players who will have international careers: Bockaj, Mudrazija and maybe Mioc too.
Borna Barisic (26) is older but he impresses me as left back. I wouldn’t be upset if Dalic gives this guy a shot. I don’t get why he doesn’t play yet in Germany or Italy.
I guess Modric won’t be leaving Madrid, not unless Inter has a goose that lays golden eggs:
Radja Nainggolan was in Belgiums Euro 2016 squad he is of Batak descent. He is a really good midfielder i think he had a personality clash with the manager.
InterCroatzionale is a big time project!
They had Modrić to the mix and they will contend for a CL title.
Spaletti is a legit manager.
Plus one for recognizing the power of the Vatreni mojo.
This will be yet another chapter in Luka “the legend” Modrić manifesto.
Just added golden ball and now InterCroatzionale!
Serie A is BACK.
Nainggolan is good. Not sure why he fell out of favor in Belgium’s squad
This dude will do the defensive work for Modrić and Brozovic.
Then they can be freed up to create the magic.
One of the cool groups i joined on FB during / after the WC is this one:
Pretty cool place to keep up with news as well so recommend joining : )
Good for Kovacic.
Who does like Mourinho’s football?
@ Bobby V
The power of group of genius.
Man I would love to see Inter Croatzionale.
They would win the CL.
Kovačić is a beast.
He has learned through trial be error.
Now he wants to ensure he can fully express his talents.
Big time rejecting Man U.
Sarri would turn him into a world class attacking midfielder.
The space he would take up in the EPL?
The exposure playing for Chelsea.
Actually if I were Klopp I would make that deal happen and go out and take the EPL this year.
Man United just made a 60 million Euro offer for Kovacic..but Kovacic rejected the move (he doesn’t like Mourinho’s style of play).
Now Chelsea is trying to move in.
oh fuck this moderation fucking hell
Some of the racists on this site won’t be happy with Krama hahah
Besides Kovacic would be a better fit for Inter than Modric:
Because Kovacic doesn’t start at Real and would get more playing time at Inter.
Also, he’s more familiar with the organization and culture, having already played and lived there.
Last season, I predicted Hajduk would finish first in the HNL. They were only 6 pats back with a few weeks remaining but could not pull it off.
This year? Fifth. Unless they make some moves, it is their worse team in 20 years.
No way Modric joins Inter–especially with Ronaldo outta the picture! Luka is now the big fish in the pond so to speak.
Modric now gets all the spotlight. In fact, he’s sold more jersey’s then any other Real Madrid player after CR7’s departure. He’s the star of the show, now why the heck would Modric wanna give that up????
Even if they brought on Eden Hazard, Modric would still be the main star with so much good will that he’s built up with the fans over the years–being a major factor in 4 Champions League titles.
He’s gonna wanna finish up his career at Madrid, and then enter the pantheon of Real Madrid Icons which includes Di Stefano, Puskas, and Ronaldo.
Some of the racistson this site won’t be happy with Krama hahah
Vrsaljko on loan to Inter as well.
Inter Modric or Inter Croatia would be pretty awesome.
Having 4 of our guys on the same team would benefit us with National team cohesion.
At the same time it would suck for Inter Milan when they have to release them all for International duties and pray nobody gets hurt lol
Would also be cool to see Juventus with Ronaldo and Mandzukic playing against Inter.
Perišić has no need to transfer.
Inter Milan is an historic club.
Milan is a cool city.
4 Hrvati starting on one CL club?
Inter Modrić .. IM !!
They make this happen and they will win the CL!
