CROPIX Damir Krajac/ Dinamo loving life right now
After a scoreless first half in Belgium Thursday night, Dinamo Zagreb exploded for two goals after the break to beat Club Brugge 2-0 and go top of Europa League Group D with two games remaining. Sammir atoned for his poor performance two weeks ago in Zagreb as he found himself on a 40-yard breakaway in the 55′. The Brazilian-born ‘Croatian Passport holder’ ran against the grain of players to receive the ball onside and finish the goal down field.
Four minutes later, Dinamo doubled their fun as captain Igor Biščan was left all alone in the box for an easy header off a free kick. Dinamo gave up some good looking opportunities to Club Brugge on the day but the Belgians didn’t have the fortitude to finish their chances.
Who would have thought that Dinamo would lead the group after four games played? The boys from Zagreb control their own destiny to play in Europe after the New Year. Dinamo travel to Spain on December 2nd to take on Villareal and then finish out Group Stage with a pivotal home game against PAOK on December 15th. All is still to play for.
ClubBrugge/ Perišić (R) in Cornrows: Seriosuly?
Who knew they offered BET in Europe? Croatian U-21 Ivan Perišić sported cornrows for the match against Dinamo. CSR is speechless and cannot wait to interview Perišić about the new hair-do(n’t).
It would go something like this: Ante Kvartuč here in Belgium with Ivan Perišić. Ivane, why?
ClubBrugge/ Perišić thinking: ‘What I done now Mama? Why I get my hair did like this?
DINAMO-BRUGGE MATCH HIGHLIGHTS
I never liked the guy so I don't mind, but I find it funny as soon as Kalinic gets a callup to the "A" team he is on the bench for Blackburn. Benjani of all people has outplayed him
still early….the brazilian born hrvat needs consistency and has to stay healthy. The bottom half of the Ukraine league is no different than the cro league. Has to have games of multiple goals in Ukraine and show in europe.
Too early to say Eduardo's back? He scored another goal today. Nice volley.

not back. hes shite
A bit off topic. But just watching sky sports and Kranjcar is in the starting line up.. HE IS BAAACK!!!!!
How long before this match is investigated for match fixing? Dinamo are a joke, great work Mamic, Haha.
I'd like to present you all with Exhibit # 1 above me. Ante B. has a fan (and I honestly don't think that's Kristina in this instance).
Hell is going to freeze over very, very soon.
Tko bi rekao?
@ Ante B
I believe you. Thank you for the lift.
NAPRIJED PLAVI!
All apologies.
I watched the game last night after I came home and the story of the day has to be Perisic's cornrows.
All kidding aside, great performance by Dinamo yesterday. Who would've thought 57 year old Igor Biscan would score a header? Club Brugge is a bad team. I wouldn't get too cocky. Villareal isn't doing that much better either. PAOK? We can get them in Zagreb and yes, I just used the term 'we' as if I'm playing.
Everything is now in Dinamo's hands. They can do what they've always done in the past and squander it but I don't think that'll be the case with Vaha as coach. I honestly think they can win in Spain but a draw is more realistic. Final game in the group is against PAOK, in a frozen Maksimir. That will be a doozey.
Will Vaha take us to the promised land? I think he will.
I NAPRIJED PLAVI!
PJESMA SE ORI!
dont the standings go head to head first? dinamo's in second on uefa.com
Ante BBB where are you???
Go Dinamo!!!
