Dinamo’s performance in these early rounds of the Champions League have been mediocre at best thus far.
Two draws at home to teams far below their skill level have been the results fans at Maksimir have witnessed. Dinamo’s only redeeming victory was a 3-0 win over Fola Esch, a mostly amateur club that hails from Luxembourg.
But Dinamo advanced, despite their lackluster performance and yesterday faced Norwegian champions, FK Molde.
Molde is one of only two Norwegian clubs to participate in the Champions League, making it to the group stages for the first and only time in 1999.
Dinamo started four home-grown players in their 1-1 draw to Molde, while Angelo Henriquez was the Modri’s lone goalscorer in the 18th minute.
After going up 1-0, Molde struck back instantly with a goal in the 21st minute scored by Ola Kamara.
Paulo Machado took the spotlight from the match with his antics after being subbed out in the 63rd minute.
Machado played a poor match, being at fault for several turnovers and was booed by fans while trotting to the sideline for a substitution.
Machado taunted the crowd with several middle fingers and gestures. Machado was sent off with an immediate red card.
It is unlikely that Machado will see the pitch again in a Dinamo jersey, but coach Zoran Mamić stated that he will address disciplinary actions later.
Dinamo were able to bounce back against Fola Esch after drawing the first leg at home 1-1 and beat them on their own field 3-0. Next week will be their chance to prove once again they can bounce back from an unfavorable result and advance to the playoff round of the Champions League.
The second leg will take place on Tuesday, Aug. 4 in Molde Norway.
If you’re not waiting for the harvest, like Christ said, then you’re not Christian. Christian means follower of Christ. Protestants disregard Christ (by choosing not to wait for the harvest) and yet still call themselves Christian.
lol poglavnik
hammer i am what i would call a non denominational christian… bad enough fighting with non believers and muslims and such that the christians kill each other… look at those crazy damn irish
I thought I was done with Hrvatska Skola a long time ago..
@Dannyj
If you’re not Catholic, you’re not following Jesus. So you say you relate yourself more to a protestant, I’ll take that to mean you’ve dissociated yourself from the Catholic Church. Saint Augustine says, “But whoso forsakes unity, violates charity; and whosoever violates charity, how great gifts soever he have, he is nothing.” Sermons on the New Testament 38:21
So how can nothing be of use? I hope this helps.
hey hammer i relate my self more to a protestant… does that make me a usless croat… not trying to start any sort of debate simply curious does one have to be a catholic or can one just follow jesus to not be uselss?
hahahhahaha
That’s Đordan to you!
😉
Try Jordan. It’s in his profile.
Saul first King of Israel, Seth third son of Adam and Eve and Haim an American pop rock band from LA.
Saul? Seth? Haim?
@Maminjo
Even worse!
Thankfully I share my last name with a small selo in south eastern Istra. Surname has been in those neck of the woods for 600+ years. Don’t get more Istrijan than that 😉
2011 census says 86% Croatians in Croatia are Catholic, probably less now. So 14% of Croatians in Croatia are all together useless. Now in the diaspora many Croatians have apostasised from the faith, I would say that there’s probably 4.5 million useful Croats in the world.
We’ve got some alright shows up here.
Nothing beats Trailer Park Boys or from my childhood The Littlest Hobo!
Love Degrass!
None of this new age Drake in a wheelchair shit though.
Although I do hear that one’s alright too.
original degrassi… the zit remedy yo!!
You Canadian Croats ever watch Degrassi?
I know a few Croatians that went to Killarney…there used to be a lot living around that area!
Tony Mobilio? Hahaha….him and his buddies are good guys but they are like a bunch of school girls when one of them get into any type of confrontation….then they fight 5 on 1like a bunch of pizde! Dom has a twin as well…but he’s not a soccer guy.
Nick is very fun and when he was younger he actually played in a rock band…a bunch of my Croatian friends called themselves “Virgin Whores”! They actually interviewed him once in Scotland and he mentioned the band…it was in their papers and the guys back here had their 5 minutes of fame!
^ ^
Nice!
I’m a Killarney boy myself.
Got in a little tussle with Mobilio’s bro at a beach soccer tournament about 10 years ago!
No hard feelings though..
Always liked Dasovic.
Seems like a cool dude.
We used to shout at him in the Southside when he played for the Caps and he’d always acknowledge us.
So now that we know Armada’s name is David, it’s only a matter of time until we find his last name and home address.
😐
East Van…I went to Temp for a year and actually lived a block in behind Commercial Drive for a few years…then Burnaby.
I went back in ’86, was playing in a tournament in a village next to mine in Slavonija…long story but was asked to go to ZG, then ended up at Velez for a shrt time (1.5 years). Played with Goran Juric, Predrag Juric, Zdenko Jedvaj (Tins dad), Josko Popovic…long story dude!
I think a year or two later my buddy Nick Dasovic went to tryout with Dinamo…was then shipped off to Inker…then Segesta…then home…he later had a 6 month trial in Sweden? Then signed at St Johnstone!
We actually all played for the same club here in Burnaby…a few great Croatian players…Dasovic and Zlomislic…Domenic Mobilio.
I can admit that my parents failed me in the first name department. My first name is American-with Jewish origin!! No translation to Cro.I’d take a tough Cro name like Vjekoslav, Zvonimir or Ognjen or my name!!
I’m in my late 30’s. Youngest of four. Did the Hrvatska skola, pricest, krizma thing. Never played for Croatian teams though. Grew up in East Van.
Where did u play in Europe?
Poglavnik…have you hung around at our Dom, played soccer with our club teams…what generation are you?
How did Vojvodina defeat Sampdoria 0:4 in Italy.Rabotnicki also defeated Trabzonspor lol.
@Slavonac
Nope.
They’re DR.
Vrsaljko is a stud and needs to be starting now and going forward.
Štrinic deal is bizarre ?
But he is by far our best option.
I hope NK is not allowing ego to get in the way of fielding our best 11?
Vrsaljko close to signing with Napoli.
If this happens, it means we will have TWO fullbacks playing for Napoli that DON’T start on our National Team.
😉
Poglavnik…any chance your initials are AP….something you said caught my attention and since we’re both from Vancouver I get the feeling we might know each other?
.001% may seem minuscule, but 8 million on the other hand, now that’s nothing to sneeze at! As long as we stick together as a community, nothing can stop us.
@ Svima
How many Hrvati do we have walking the Earth at present?
Maybe 8 million?
4 million Domovino and 4 million vani ?
I am lucky as my last name is spelled in Croatian and sounds good in English as well. First name is Catholic/universal. No need to correct growing up in the hood in NYC, but when folks ask how to pronounce Prezime I share with them both variances In a friendly and educational manner.
My Mom’s maiden name was Italianized on route to the U.S.
Was able to be pronounced authentically.
@ Veliki hrvati
What is the point in your judgement of Diaspora Hrvati?
@ mali Hrvati
Hvaljen Isus i vazde budi.
It is a privilege to be your Croatian brother as we navigate our integration of being Croatian and living outside of Croatia.
Not exactly sure why our Veliki hrvati counter parts feel the need to diminish themselves and project their insecurities on their own people?
Given we make up .001% of the World’s population I find it most important to unite svi Hrvati.
We are all from the most unique and beautiful place on the planet. i recommend going home every summer and spending time with any and all family you have in Croatia. The food is so natural that it makes the word “organic” seem meaningless.
Allow the language to feel your body from the ground up. Our language is in your heart and can be accessed by being compassionate with yourself and open with others.
Enjoy being Croatian as there are only .001% of us.
The .0001% of Veliki Hrvati can lighten the fuck up.
ZDS
ive met a couple of hard core cros with “h”s at the end but its def not the norm in my experience
try being a Danijel in school… i just went with dan after a while cause it got annoying but does seem these days like when i go to appointment or something with my full name people are better about just pronouncing Daniel
i think people are getting more informed these days
Priceless!
@Melb Cro
Yes I am.
I Know many BIG Hrvati who use the H ! No problem ! To each his own . I’m The Biggest Za Dom Guy , & I use the H ! Pomalo My HAJDUK Brothers, Chill ! We have more important things to worry about , Like making our beloved Bili – HAJDUK get back to the Top where they Belong !! Bog,Hrvati, USA, Yelich , Champion L.A. Galaxy, Champion USA Women’s Nogoment, Split, HAJDUK i HNS !!!
Hammer, you in Australia? Well West Australia is well known for having a large Yugo community, more significant than in other states. A lot of them actually identify as Dalmatinci or more commonly as ‘Dallies’. Those pre WW2 migrants I mentioned before ended up settling in WA. Its a pretty old running joke amongst the older guys in the diaspora to refer to all WA Croats as Yugos. But despite that most Croats in WA aren’t Yugos, some of the most hardcore Croats in Aus are from Perth. Its the largest Croatian community in Aus after Melbourne and Sydney. On the Jakovich’s they are absolutely Yugos, though if you ask Allen and Glen today they’d probably say they are Croats. Typical post 91 born agains. Matthew Pavlich on the other hard probably doesn’t even know what a Yugo is, the guy barely qualifies as Croatian as its only one of his 4 grandparents that were actually a Croat.
On Ivan Maric he is a Melbourne boy. In his younger days he could be found on the terraces of Melbourne Croatia in the old NSL. He is even currently president of St Albans Dinamo, who play one league below Melbourne Croatia. Pravi Hrvat.
No offense Ante, but that is one of the top choice for american cro’s cause its few syllables and easy to pronounce. I must know 10 ante’s off the top of my head. Done worry you are ZDS for life by default because of poglavnik
<— Aun-tay. Nice to meet you.
@ Ziva
What is worse adding the CH for the č or a y for the J. To me the latter is much worse
lol, man I apologize for starting this thread derailment, but now that were on the topic. I will say I got one of the hardest names for american to pronounce, not only is my first name hard so is my last, and people are still shocked i don’t go by a nickname. I have to much pride to do that. I will say this, if I dont now the person like ordering a starbucks or something, i give them a short name cause i hate spelling that shit out for retards takes them ten times to write.
@Melb Cro
Good point. Do you watch AFL? If so, Ivan Maric the Richmond player doesn’t put the h, Go Tigers. What’s that mean for Peter Sumich and Glen Jakovich, Yugos? Now that I think about it, a lot of Croats from Perth put the h. Matthew Pavlich as well puts the h.
Never go Anglo with your last name, EVER! No matter how strong the temptation. Always keep things Cro. You’ll never go wrong.
never be embarrassed to correct someone when they don’t pronounce your name properly. changing your name to accommodate others is about as bad as wearing a jersey with someone’s name on the back.
” Or, you correct someone when they mispronounce it.”
I love correcting people, nothing better than making Anglos in particular feel stupid lol
In Australia 9 out of 10 ten times adding a h at the end of your name means you are a Yugo. The earliest Croatian immigrants that came before WW2, they were for most part politically Yugoslav and at that time modifying their surnames for the Anglos was the thing to do. After WW2 Australia was flooded with a larger number of nationalist Croats, who didn’t anglonise their surnames. Those few immigrants after WW2 who were Yugoslavs would obviously get absorbed into those pre-existing Yugoslav communities and adopt the anglonised names to fit in. So it very much became a way to differentiate peoples allegiances.
@Ziva Istina
I guess you can do that too. Ever corrected someone and they still get it wrong next time they pronounce it. I reckon that’s why some people put the h, they can’t be bothered correcting people all the time.
Or, you correct someone when they mispronounce it.
Suppose you add a h to the surname Petric, then Americans, English and Australians will pronounce your surname properly. If you don’t add the h, they will pronounce it Petrick. I personally don’t add a h to my surname, but either way I believe you can still lead a healthy Za dom spremni lifestyle. Am I wrong?
I’m not one to judge, but Americanizing or Anglonizing your name (first or last) is certainly not the “za dom…..spremni” way.
R.I.P. Hot Rod…
Still one of the most shocking moments in sports history!!!

Just looked the kid up, signed a huge deal. Anyone know him, changing last name to yelich is not the za dome life style
Christian Yelich ! On Fire ! Bog , I Hrvati !!!
To jasno govori o snazi našeg nogometa i mizeriji nogometa u drugim eksjugoslavenskim zemljama.
Bili bismo u svjetskom i europskom vrhu.

I really doubt he was fined that amount. They will say it the media and fans, but I have a tough time seeing how his agent would allow for him to be fined that much.
Currently in Cro (according to our own govt and UEFA), it is wrong to chant za dom spremni at games, yell homophobic slurs at mamic, etc…..Those don’t warrant 100K fines and neither does giving the middle finger.
This was all a show today at that press conference.
BBB will forgive him.
I think they have a soft spot for spanjolci who flip them the bird. They get it. He has a tough life over there at Europski Dinamo.
Macho man Machado was fined 100,000 Euros.
His words,
“I want to say ‘Žao mi je’ to Croatian people”.
Dude, lost 20 percent of his wages.
Sammir played in the national team he didn’t deserve it.
it is also about earning a chance and then taking advantage of the opportunity. Pasalic has. Radosevic and Rebic have not, so far.
It’s why someone like a Rebic and even Halilovic doesn’t deserve national team call ups until they actually produce something on the field.
its really nice to see how pasalic is devloping… i wish some of our forgotten ones can refind their way radosevic/rebic…
and i hope some of the even brighter stars like balic and vlasic can follow a similar developing plan
its all about the patience for sure
I hope they look like this after the fight.
http://mmajunkie.com/2015/07/photo-bloodied-battered-robbie-lawler-and-rory-macdonald-post-fight-at-hospital
Nothing wrong with that at all, there will be violence and if it doesn’t end in 20secs there will be one chick with a bloody face.
I just want to see violence and chick’s with bloody faces. Hope there’s nothing wrong with that..
@Poglavnik
What I mean is Correia beats Baszler and Duke and gets a title shot, no way she deserves a title shot after those wins. I hope no one gets this pay per view, if a womens fight has to be on a pay per view it should always be the first fight on the main card, never the main event. If Correia wins I will post my next ten comments under the name Fuck wit. Rousey wins this easily, and I can’t stand Rousey.
@Hammer
I don’t know about that.
There have certainly been some stinkers in the past.
If these broads can punch each other in the face for a few rounds it might not be so bad.
This Rousey v Correia fight is the worst championship fight the UFC has had since it’s inception.
Naprid Naši Mladi ! Beautiful game for the Most Loved team in Croatia , Our Beloved HAJDUK !! Bog, i Hrvati !!!
Well the big rumor was that Valencia were interested and wanted both Vlasic and Balic for 10 million Euro.
I like the idea of them both in La Liga, but only if they were loaned out to a lower-ranked team (like when Mario Pasalic was loaned out to Elche) so they can get some actual game-time.
Mind you, this would only be good in a couple of years from now when they reach Pasalic’s age. As of the next two seasons, they really do need to just stick with the HNL.
Young is an understatement. This team is literally a team of children.
Other than three starters who are 26, 25, and 25 …the rest are 23, 22, 22, 20, 19, 19, 17, 17.
Crazy thing being that the two oldest starters (Nizic and Milovic) are role players at best, and are probably the most replaceable.
Even their bench players (Maloku, Basic, Mujan, Juranovic, etc) are all under 20 and have been getting some minutes too.
Hajduk’s only players that are even remotely old are Andelkovic (27), Mezga (30), and Milevskiy (30) and have not even played a single minute.
Probably a very bad idea to have such talented youth and no veterans to guide them, but whatever. If you’re gonna lose, you may as well lose with your own. These teenagers are home-grown Hajduk youth players (aside from Maloku who they poached from Rijeka). This is the best way for Hajduk to produce players for the national team, and probably make some legit money as well (assuming they can hold on just a bit longer).
@Maminjo……I doubt Balic and Vlasic stick around for 3 years. No way they, their parents and agents would be in favor of that if they start getting offers. Plus, once the offer start approaching the 8 million range and more hajduk will feel the pressure to sell. What happens if they get injured.
As for the season. Agreed, hajduk way too youg and lack of depth to compete for the league title. We saw what happend at Istra when they rested the top players.
Man!
This Rousey/Correia fight should be even better than Miss.Elizabeth/Scary Sherry!
Sjebat će oni to, rođo. Budi brez brige.
Hajduk is still waaay too young to do anything like take the HNL title from Dinamo. Even qualifying for Europa would be huge for them.
Their entire starting lineup is pretty much comprised of 17, 18, and 19 year-olds…with all of their key players (aside from Jefferson) being in this age range. This is EXTREMELY young, even by HNL standards. Lovre Kalinic is the old fart on the team, at age 25.
They probably have the youngest average starting eleven in both the HNL and the entire Europa third qualifying round. They should not be expected to even come close to topping the HNL.
However, there is no shame in this. They are super talented, but in the utmost early stages of their careers. If they keep this team exactly as-is, then they will take the HNL title within three years and make a nice little run in Europa too.
If Hajduk can somehow just keep paying the salaries of these starters (and not do anything stupid like sell too early) then they are in an extremely good position with this group.
Hopefully they don’t fuck it up.
if Balic and Vlasic can play like that consistently…
there is zero reason why Hajduk should not give Dinamo a run this year, rather than my beloved Rijeka
they just need to shore up that D
Great game by Hajduk and the atmosphere was quite simply electric! To hear the Roar of the Plebeians as Balic finished with aplomb. He was like a young Apollo, triumphant, inspiring his side to victory.
@ Maminjo
They say patience is a virtue, and I agree, if Hajduk can hold on to Vlasic and Balic for a coupla more years they could easily get 10m euro +.
And I think it would be good for development to stay a little while longer (Diocletian would agree).
I just hope Hajduk can manage to hold onto Balić and Vlašić for at least three more years.
I’d hate to see them sold for peanuts (i.e. 3-5M Euro each) and then watch their new team feel no pressure in developing them due to their bargain price ( like what has happened with Radošević and Rebić). Inter dropped 11 million on Kovačić, and feel more pressure to develop him, hence why he gets minutes no matter what.
Hajduk will easily get 10 million each for Balić and Vlašić, if they’re patient.
Mali slici na Batistutu….
No. No he does not. That is a beautiful hairstyle and reminds me of the great players from the 70s-80s.
Balic needs a haircut
Balić with a wunder strike…
Have to be fair, dinamo facing tougher comeptition in Champions League playoffs.
But credit to the fans and Torcida for the atmosphere they create. This is a no name team from Norway and hajduk is a shell of what they once were and the fans treat this like a Champions League semifinal match.
BALIC What a strike!
Hajduk more fun to watch than Dinamo with their young guns
@Otto
Who is going to end it, you and him? Show me one logical, coherent posting of his….
Bill O’Reilly makes sense every night I watch him. Much better than that boy Rachel Maddow. Also football is politics and social commentary. It’s not Tennis people.

Toni has made good points in the past. He is right this fake migrant wave needs to end.
Ziva,
Sara Palin is a “pundit” like Sammir is a world class midfielder.
But I get your point.

Big write up about Croaitansports.com below this article at the Vecernji List. Big congrats, http://www.vecernji.hr/nogomet/partijaner-sammir-porucio-stedite-vodu-pijte-sampanjac-1017127
@ Mile………you realize Sarah Palin, Mike Huckabee and Sean Hannity are pundits and commentators. They are are not journalists.
I agree with both Ziva and Armada and although I do get pissed and lash out at times, I think the site is entertaining and sometimes worth it to read different things. my only beef is when I see guys picking on some of the younger Hrvati that visit here…they attack them for not speaking the language or not knowing something in particular…we shouldn’t do that, if they love Croatia and want to be part of being Croatian…nobody should attack or insult them for not being Croatian enough…all those that do it are doing it to validate themselves and be-little someone else, its total bullshit!
I’ve always said that Ziva is funny, smart and offers a lot of good comments…BUT in my opinion, sometimes he crosses the line…but its his life not mine!
“They only want to read what they agree with. You are better off watching MSNBC or CNN. If you want fair and balanced commentary than stay with me here – and may I suggest you watch Fox News and eliminate CNN and MSNBC from your viewing.”
They only want to read what they agree with? And then suggesting Fox News because it’s fair and balanced? Fox News is exactly the opposite of fair and balanced. If you think the likes of Sarah Palin, Mike Huckabee and Sean Hannity are fair and balanced, I have some swampland in Florida to sell to you. And I think MSNBC and CNN are garbage too, MSNBC because it’s lefty crap and CNN because it is just crap in general. Fair and balanced in the media left the building sometime in the 90’s.
@Armada…………agreed. If people are using this place to get their news, then they are coming to the wrong place. The guys who run the site do a nice job, but to be fair, the news postings come 24-48 hours after the fact. I still think they should turn this more into a tabloid style format, which would result in more unique viewers. As an example, this is what they should have done with Barca in LA last week……go to the open training session avialable to the media, get in fromt of the bosandzero Halilovic with a Croatian and Bosnian flag, ask him to pick which flag he prefers, assuming he picks Cro, ask him why he took so long in committing to play for Cro. Now that we would gold if captured on video. Just imagine the amount of coverage that would receive back in Cro.
To the other point mentioned by Armada……There are still people who think I should be “banned” because they disagree with my comments. Is that the “za dom….spremni” way? Is it?????? Think about that, they only want to read what they agree with. You are better off watching MSNBC or CNN. If you want fair and balanced commentary than stay with me here – and may I suggest you watch Fox News and eliminate CNN and MSNBC from your viewing.
Watching MSNBC and CNN the last two week would make you think that Donald Trump is not serious about running for the presidency and only cared about his ego.
People get all bent around the axle about Ziva Istina, Slavonac, Ante, etc. it’s comical! I remember a while back some people were on a crusade to “out” Ziva Istina LOL do you really care that much about a guy posting on an internet forum??!! Just sit back and think about that…
@ Sude Mi
Disagree.
If you look at this site from an entertainment point of view, rather than some serious news site where serious discussion and discourse take place, it makes sense. No offense to the CSR staff, but if I want news on the NT or whatever, I’ll go to SN, Novi List, Sportnet, etc. and then come here for some entertaining banter.
@ Sude Mi
Shall we start with you?
A reasonable IQ test in order to register for this site would be so welcome in order to keep the riff-raff at bay….sigh.
Slaven Bilić just came out and said that the people who drew the swastika in Split are not racist.
Of course there is context to his statement, but you don’t need that yo make a good headline.
Re: all the penalty kick troubles, it applies to free kicks and set plays too. I may be wrong, but I think the last free kick goal in a qualifying or tournament game was Srna against Australia at the 2006 World Cup. That’s nine years. Every time I watch a Croatia game with fellow Croats, we’re saying out loud, please not Srna. And once we see Srna is about to take it, we inevitably say it’s either going straight into the wall or 10 feet over the crossbar. And then it happens. And when I saw Mandzukic stepping up to take the penalty against Italy, first thing I said was, Buffon vs. Mandzukic, I’ll take Buffon on that every time.
Are you ready for bombs going off in Zagreb and the beaches. Islamists have already said that Croatia is target.
What is wrong with you??
Why is there no Ukraine migrant crisis? There is a real war there. I would take them over these africans or muslims any day of the weak. Their women would be reason enough.
Why is this happening? Ask yourself!!!!!!!!!
Don’t be fooled that there are no jobs or welfare in Croatia the EU will fund their benefits.
@ Mr Black
Has Europe lost its mind. For what purpose is this if not to destroy Europe. These freeloaders will not fund a warm welcome in Croatia. However, I fear that Brussels will send money to them to keep them in Croatia so that they can commit crime, wage jihad and rape and harrass Croatian girls.
It has to be Knin, surely?
or Baranja?
What is Croatia’s Alabama or Mississippi?
Lika…?
Mishko,
You’re probably right. None of those Africans want to live in Croatia. Germany, Belgium, Sweden and England are the places to go for the freeloaders. Belgium gives them a house after three months and around 1000 Euro to live. They will also help them to find a job (if they’re motivated), try to learn them a language and not send them back they do something criminal.
I don’t think Croatia offers the same possibilities for the refugees. If they end up in Croatia, they’ll try to get asap to Germany or Belgium which is great for Croatia.
I live in Belgium and I believe by now already 8 procent of the population is muslim. Most of them don’t work, most of the immigrants of Morocco are in jail and don’t give a shit about Belgium.
Eduardo Alves Da Silva already has taken one of our females and had kids with her.Fatos Bećiraj is now at Dinamo Minsk.
I’m moving to Croatia by the end of the year and I don’t see the freeloaders coming to Croatia, there’s nothing to freeload on.
Might as well shave it off before it comes off naturally. Dude is balding.
DON’T DO IT RAKETA!!!
It’ll never be that nice again!
Unless of course you are looking for a transition into baldness.
If that’s the case, condolences…
@jm
Some of the only PK’s I’ve seen Rakitic take were misses.
Off the top of my head, vs Turkey in ’08. and for Sevilla against Madrid a few years ago.
How about Srna?
Has that weenie taken another since his miss against Japan in ’06?
Has Modric taken one for us since his miss against Turkey in ’08?
PK’s are not a given.
I missed the last one I took as well in a men’s league cup game last year…
ziva, go ahead make your jokes. here’s some material
http://www.sport-english.com/en/news/liga-bbva/barca-midfielder-ivan-rakitic-makes-promise-sport-4383464
lets hope mandzukic gets back in form. man did he look bad in the 2nd half of the year. let’s recap
doesn’t score a goal the whole second half of the season!
even against gibraltar, can’t put the ball in the back of the net
disgraceful penalty miss against italy (remind me why rakitic doesn’t take these)
practically misses the gimme goal he scores against italy
decides to swat the ball with his hand in the penalty box against italy and give them the game
for the first time, i couldn’t bear to watch him play and wanted him subbed out. lets hope he was just beat up with injuries and a summer of rest will put him back on track
Tako je, rođo! Ušćedit ćemo na dresove! Samo im triba brojeve bilom bojom nacrtati!
Hammer is rekindling the spirit of Stjepan Spajic.
Zivio rodo!
Split
Send them to the worst part of Croatia. Which raises the question, what is the worst part of Croatia? What is Croatia’s Alabama or Mississippi?
The liberty to make laws is what constitutes a free people. So Foster is partly right when he says, “Croatia is in the EU now.” This is what I was trying to say when I said Croatia is not an independent country. If we’re indepedent and free we don’t have to accept anything. However I would accept migrants if they’re Catholic, if they’re not I’d tell them nicely to fuck off.
Croats, for as messed up their leadership and politics is, will never succumb to the Jew World Order.
@sunje
All joking aside, problem is that they will be coming to Croatia…..and staying!
@ Foster,
We will all adjust while we watch Middle Eastern and African immigrants enrich the female members of your family.
@ Allen
Imagine if he got that service on a consistent basis?
We all know he is a classic #9 who takes his chances when given opportunities.
Feed the beast .
Man he finishes with the best of them.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5XNQypC7x6Y
Foster,
I don’t have to do anything except pay taxes and die. You can accept adjust for the both of us. Deal?
@Foster
The reality is that our idea of what a croat is (european and catholic) will be drastically changed in the coming years, and we must adjust to accept that.
You are right, but I do not have to like it.
Question for you guys on jock sniifing etiquette……
We’ve outlined how wearing a jersey with another man’s name on the back is jock sniffing and also discussed how taking a picture/selfie is also a non-no.
What about trying to slap someone you don’t know with a high five. The reason I am bringing this up is my reaction to watching last night’s Chelsea-Barca friendly. Diego Costa was exiting last night’s game and walking to the locker room when a bunch of fans all near the tunnel area where Costa was walking started reaching down for a high five. I never understood that. WHy would you want to get a high five from someone you don’t know. And why would the player oblige; they have no clue what the jck sniffer has on his hands.
Costa went the same and smart route and did not engage.
Imagine if Mandzukic can score goals like this for NT.

@ Ante
don’t forget Changed My Mind Ademi…
he can wear the armband for that team, just like he does in real life
Ante, you and all of the other racists that want a majority croatian team need to realize that it’s 2015. Croatia is now in the EU, and we will soon be enriched by many middle eastern and african immigrants that will bring their vibrant cultures into Croatia. We cannot impose our values on them by having the biggest team in the country be comprised of mostly ethnic croats. The reality is that our idea of what a croat is (european and catholic) will be drastically changed in the coming years, and we must adjust to accept that.
Late in the game with the score tied, at a VERY crucial moment, Machado committed an unforgivable act.
@Don Jon
If we can score 2 in the group stages, I’ll take it! 😉
Dude, all star Croatian team:
Machado, Cufre, Tonel, da Silva, Sammir, Jefferson, Sarr, Taravel, Sigali, Beqiraj, Ibanez, Costa, Wilson, Clayton…
Even if Dinamo Zagreb made the Champions League it would be just all 5:0 6:2 losses we have all seen that tape before. The only good thing would have been getting the money. Anyway the Europa League is more suited to Dinamo Zagreb.
I say we bring him into the NT! Get him and Sammir back in te fold….
talk about a dangerous team come Euro 2016!!!
Not sure if that’s the case. He probably would’ve done the same thing if they were booing him like that repeatedly.
To be fair, if he flipped off the fans who back Mamic then it might not be a bad thing.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CYFKfqRE4wY
He flipped the fans off more than once.
Booed by the “500 fans” in attendance. Homeboy won’t be playing for dinamo ever again. What a loser.
Machado flipped us all off yesterday. Another great signing.
