As Dinamo Zagreb battled Hajduk Split on the night of the ‘super moon’ Saturday, the Eternal Derby was dwarfed by the action taking place outside of Maksimir Stadion. Even though 4,000 Torcida members were bused into Maksimir, their chants came unrivaled as the Bad Blue Boys caught the match on a television set placed on Tkalčićeva street in the heart of Zagreb, due to their boycott of the club while Zdravko Mamić is in power.
The BBB marched through Zagreb on their way to Tkalčićeva, crossing paths with a 40,000 person political rally going on at the same time. Torcida owned Maksimir for one night, and one night only, as Dinamo destroyed Hajduk on the field, crushing the Splićani on all fronts in a 2-0 win, which will undoubtedly earn Dinamo their sixth straight Croatian title.

I agree, there was nothing wrong with this and it was nice to see. It was nice to not have them portrayed in a negative light for once. That being said, let's see if they keep this up when they end their boycott and have away games to go to. They definitely do not have the benefit of the doubt.
@ Ante…..that is good stuff. No issues with it at all.
I don't think all fan groups are idiots. I think there are a vocal, but minority, group of idiots with each fan group. And they do idiotic things that bring a negative light. We need to weed out the idiot element.
Nothing wrong at all with that video. Fair chants and well behaved.

Ante B… okay, okay…I've had my fun. You've given me a good laugh. Frankly, I have nothing more to say on the matter. There's just nothing worth arguing about… unless you wanna start the old and worn out "who has the better quality of life" debate again? lol…
Hi guys,
what websites do you guys use to watch Croatian Games online? The site that i usually use has been shut down by US Homeland Security lol Which is this site http://atdhe.net/
Oh hey Ziva thanks for reminding me something about what you had said earlier. I know you think the BBB (all fan groups) are idiots and that one of your problems with them is that they don't police themselves. Looks like they heard your request and progress is being made:

easy boys…..
Actualy Hajduk does not own Maksimir and neither does Dinamo…..that dump is owned by the city of ZG.
I'm asking you to support your original claim about Torcida owning Maksimir and you bring up Hajduk's HOME attendance?! Tomek, daj se skoncentriraj malo. Answer the original claim first then we'll get to what you said. Prove to me that the Torcida have 'owned' Maksimir. Until now, you have failed to provide me with an actual answer. And please don't bring up what color socks Hajduk have in your answer because that's the way it looks like it's heading. You're better than that, come on. Little engine that could.
Ante B… look at the attendance numbers through the first 22 weeks of the season. Hajduk's home attendance is almost twice that of Dinamo and Hajduk attracts larger crowds when they travel.
So, in short, who has a more loyal fan base? That is, fan base in its entirety, not making any attempt to differntiate between hardcore supporters and "regular" fans? The numbers tell the story.
Mogli bismo reci da je tipicno kod navijaca tj. vrijedanje, pjevanje i sl. a ne samo kod BBB.
Da razjasnimo neke stvari, ja sam primitivan u svakom pogledu. Hvala unaprijed i normano, naprijed plavi

Tom,
I'm shocked at the holes in your statements. Yes, Maksimir has been pretty empty the last couple of years but of the stands that were filled, the BBB were there in numbers; there was always a full bottom half of sjever. I remember no such instance of the Torcida 'owning' the BBB at Maksimir as you claim. I think you're incorrect on this one.
Ante, c'mon man…. Maksimir has been pretty much empty for the last several years… boycott or no boycott. Hell, even the national team can't fill it.
Tom,
The only response I have to your Torcida owning Maksimir comment the last couple of years is a Chapelle show comment, "cocaine's a helluva drug."
sweet!
Nice
RE: "Torcida owned Maksimir for one night, and one night only"
That's a nice bit of editorializing… and wishful thinking. Frankly, I would think Torcida has owned Maksimir for at least the last few years.
But I shouldn't bother biting on that one… the match on the field is what truly matters and we all know who won that one.
excellent video Rozalija Kučko & Domagoj Mikić. The Hajduk guy in the beginning is an instant classic. wtf was that guy on. I recognized some of the streets in Zagreb. Great work under extreme conditions.
Yeh, to the Danny Boy theme.
I was never questioning the words, but I was questioning the tune. Don't worry, lots of Croatian artists bite ideas.
But for this round, Dinamo gets a 6 for lack of originality. All this build up and you pull a Shannon Brown in the Dunk Contest…
That's all for now.
Listen and read the words to the song. It applies directly to this article.
