FOX Sports Asia reported that Mario Mandžukić’s move from Juventus to Qatari club Al Rayyan was nearing the final stages. Al Rayyan had reportedly offered the forward a huge €7 million salary, and were willing to pay the €10 million transfer fee that the Italian giants were demanding for letting Mandžukić go.
But Mandzo apparently added one more clause to the contract at the very end: for Al Rayyan to buy all of his stuff while he was in Qatar. #Gangster
What does that exactly entail? Groceries. Toilet paper. Exotic cars?
Obviously Mandzo never really wanted to make the move, as funny as this may be. Manchester United are still looking to bring the former Croatian international to Old Trafford in the winter transfer window.
shouldnt you boys be at home watching “the champions” cartoons in your soccer pyjamas instead of pointlessly babbling about nothing?
@ Maminjo
Aussie Football is fucking great!!!!!!
There are 2 Cros that play for the Richmond Tigers. Ivan Soldo and Noah Balta. Ivan Maric also played for them before retiring a few years ago. There’s been a sprinkling of Croats playing Aussie Rules over the last 5-6 decades.
Best player statistically for Chelsea so far this season = Mateo Kovacic.

LOL @ people who actually follow Australian football
Did you guys know that John Soldo won the AFL Premiership with the Richmond Tigers?
He’s a real deal Croat as well!
Oh yeah, Brisbane Lions are shit.
coached Al- Ain from UAE
@Iggy yes he was
He is going to be healthy, well rested, and ready to show Europe who he is, again.
Wasnt Dalic coaching in some Arab country before the WC?
His money is guaranteed with Juventus. he is sticking it to the club for leaving him off the Chapions League Lineup.
They’d be wiping my arse as well as paying for everything if I was going to be playing in that God-forsaken hell hole.
There’s never any reason to make a move to any of the Arab Gulf states unless you want to completely cash out.
He did the right thing.
ManU are a farken basket case…there’s no way he should go there.
Haha right when I saw this title I knew the article would be interestingly funny. I’m still hoping that he’ll come to LAFC to play in the states.
