Petar Sučić scored his first career Serie A goal Wednesday night in a 3-0 Inter Milan win over Fiorentina. He rolled the ball in the box like a Brazilian playing street ball before dancing around two Fiorentina defenders. The kid is only 22 years old.
In the long run, he will be better than Brozović. Mark my words.

It’s frighting to think that Buda might be in the starting lineup come World Cup. We need Matanovic, Ivanovic or possible Petkovic to step up their game and complete for top striker. Nothing against Buda…he’ done well a the end of his career in Spain but the man is uncoordinated mess of elbows and knees. He looks like a football science experiment gone wrong when he runs.
Come on. I wouldn’t say that it’s “frightening”.
The man scored 20-something goals in La Liga last season.
He’s pretty much our Alvaro Morata, and he allows us to play Krama in his natural position.
He’s been good for us, but we haven’t done a good job playing wingers who send in crosses to him.
Labrovic played 90′ v Bochum 3 days ago (they lost 1-0)
Liva on bench for Girona now (so much for he’s injured till after the int’l break lol)
Ante – Delija UFC fights tomorrow – we need a page for it!

Anonymous eye tests are the best in the world and of all-time!
Thx for posting Igor goal and assist – Anonymous was impressed by both (yes we know it’s vs mid-table 2nd tier club, but got to start somewhere) – this is exactly the kind of #9 the NT needs!
Goal – the effort on the run, the route/path of the run, the awareness where defenders are/where the space was to run into – all very good
Assist – switched on (reminds of Mario goal vs France 1998 in terms of alertness) – nice effort in the press to get to the ball and good vision / technique on pass to free man to run to for the goal
Both very nice plays – hopefully he continues this w the NT
These plays also ironically show what Budimir is lacking – he wouldn’t be able to do either – on the goal he’d be too slow/unaware to get to front of net like that – on the assist the most he’d do is wait for contact and flop – he doesn’t have the IQ/vision/awareness/technique to pull it off
That beats Neymar’s goal against us in the Brazil match up in terms of finesse.
Amazing. Noticed Petar does not have a sleeve yet. Love it when are best players are clean cut, and the most outrageous thing they do is show the sign of the cross and look up into the sky, stay humble and that their body of work be their personal art.
Unfortunately, Luka was indoctrinated to modernity.
How do players stay clean cut and tattooless?
We must stop being lukewarm Christians and be examples by reading are Bibles daily not just through traditions of men.
We must teach our children in the ways of the Lord so they do not become tempted by Satans system.
I myself am the biggest offender of this, I left God in my early youth, joined the army and got a sleeve and many tattoos.
It wasn’t until I came back to God, studied the Bible for 9 years and seen through his word that our bodies are to be holy temples, not for art class.
Leviticus 19:28 28 You shall not make any cuttings in your flesh on account of the dead or tattoo any marks upon you: I am the Lord.
So, if we want our Croatian children and the those in the world to be exemplary examples of humbleness and righteousness, we don’t just pray after a goal.
We should be constantly giving thanks to God by practicing our faith daily, reading and teaching the word of God and not be pick and choose Christians.
Sex before marriage is unacceptable which is rampant in the Catholic faith and other Christian denominations.
Sexual immorality of any kind needs to discussed and frowned upon with full prejudice, we are to be stewards of Gods word and not hypocrites.
Let’s all start by reading a chapter a day, the tribulation has begun and we need to be spiritually prepared.
What about sicanje?

Pretty interesting thanks for the history lesson. I saw those on some traditional dancers the other day on you tube.
Lol
What about it? It goes against Gods word, thus a manufactured pagan tradition with the illusion of being Christian.
The word of God is clear and cannot be gaslit.
I won’t discuss this further or I will just be throwing pearls to swine.
As, well this is a football sight and not for Bible study, the tribulation has begun hence my worry for those who under a strong delusion.
Hopefully my words will help, I do wish everyone well in there pursuit of the truth and Godly matters before it’s to late.

It’s not an “illusion” of being Christian.
It.was literally marking your daughters as Christians so they’re prevented from being enslaved by Ottomans.
I’m not a fan of tattoos, but I couldn’t imagine going through what a lot of Croats went through during those times.
It’s easy to preach online, and you shouldn’t insult those who suffered in the past.
A fantastic goal.
There have been disappointments this season with how some players are going, at least so far.
But two of the great stories right now have to be P Sucic and Vuskovic.
Both seem to be quality individuals, and future leaders. We couldn’t ask for better.
Another impressive quality about Luka besides airial wins and pass interceptions is Hamburg has him taking the majority of free kicks around the penalty area…when was the last time you saw a teenage centre back doing that?
How do we not start integrating him for the World Cup?
Who is really showing better from our defenders this season
Especially if we are planning gvardiol and stanisic on the sides
@Dannyj
Agreed. I’d like to see how he plays with Sutalo in the middle for starters, potentially leaving Stani and Gvardiol for the right and left as you say. . .
The integration should start now. See how it goes, and as someone on here said recently, we should start integrating Vuskovic with the top players . . . See how they compliment each other, and what works . . .
The great plus is Vuskovic’s offensive capabilities . . . If you have Gvardiol ripping up the left side as he can and Vuskovic crashing the net on corners and set plays, we might get enough offence from the back end where they chip in a goal or two that we might really need.
Can you imagine Budimir and Vuskovic both crashing the net on a corner at WC? Or if Matanovic can be the player we all hope he might be, him and Luka crashing the net in the future . . .
He’s gotta earn his stripes! Derp derp derp!!!
@ Branko
So true. I’ve never seen it. And another impressive quality is that when he is interviewed, Vuskovic talks about what he needs to work on, where his game needs to improve. No discernible arrogance in the young guy. He talks about finishing his career playing at Hajduk, alongside his brother, in front of fans back home in Croatia. Very poised at only 18.
As I have said before, he has leadership qualities and his head screwed on properly. Ditto for Petar Sucic. These are, from all I can see, not just future great players, but top quality people, the type everyone respects, the type of player every country would want to build a future national team around.
And they project way into the future . . . It is possible that Vuskovic could be a starting center back for four and perhaps even five World Cups. . .
Really impressive, these two. . .
Luka is either smart himself or has good people around him.
They know that Dalic can be a bit egotistical with his selections (especially when pressured or criticized by the media), so Luka always quickly rebuffs every reporter who tries to draw controversy about Luka’s non-call ups or demotions to the U21s by Dalic.
If Luka says something like “yes I believe that I should be on the senior squad”, then Dalic might react negatively to it, and Luka will ride the pine for 18 straight months like Marco Pasalic just did.
Love what I’ve been so far from Petar but I was getting a bit concerned he may have lost his spot with Inter. (Up until the game yesterday he hadn’t started a match for them since late September).
Hopefully, his performance yesterday helped secure his spot in the starting 11 for them moving forward.
Save a few of those for new summer- Pistol Pete.
lovely skills and finish there, good stuff
