Croatian right-back Josip Stanišić opened up the scoring for Bayern Munich Tuesday night in an absolute thumping of Atalanta in the 1st leg of the Champions League Round of 16, winning 6-1 on the road. He was perfectly placed in front of the goal for an easy tap-in to make it 1-0. Stanišić played 86 minutes and earned a 7.8 SofaScore rating for his efforts. Barring a collapse, Bayern will play the winner of Real Madrid/Man City in the Champions League quarterfinals.
Mario Pašalić scored a late injury time consolation goal to break Bayern’s clean sheet. It was an easy tap-in as Atalanta will now have to overcome a 5-goal deficit in Bavaria to prolong their European season.

Musa penalty kick was unstoppable, no matter what league, that ball is going in, top shelf, large degree of clearance.
Regarding the other 4 goals in 3 games, Musa seems to be an aggressive opportunist, being in the right place at the right time, and always forcing the issue. These characteristic strengths would seem to be transferable to “superior leagues”.
The limited NT body of work with the Faroe Islands was impressive.
I may have an unwarranted inflated opinion, time will tell.
I think the word is rout.
NOSE PICKERS !!!!
First Dalic calls up Kotarski – a day latter he withdraws bc of “family” – if Dalic actually spoke to players and kept in touch – he would have known and not called him to begin with
Now Olic called up Barzic – a day latter he withdraws bc his club has 3 matches during the international break – if Olic actually followed the players and kept in touch – he would have known and not called him to being with
F NOSE PICKERS – GET OFF UR AS*ES AND DO SOME WORK – THIS IS BASIC STUFF !!!!!
Crazy all 4 English “Premier League” (“1st division”) clubs got T-BAGGED in the first leg of the CL R16 – even Arsenal (except the refs gave them a BS complete non-penalty at the end after Madueke flopped on no contact)
Crazy
No wonder Luka V wants to go to Barca
Luka Vuskovic should go to a different club other than Tottenham. It would be better for his development. That club seems to be in a mess lately and his confidence would drop. When it comes to Tudor, I watched a few games and they don’t play that bad. The first game against Arsenal could have been closer if they took their chances (second goal disallowed) and the same can be said with the other games they played against Fullham and Crystal Palace. Perhaps, the club needs more of a man management coach? but it seems as if the players don’t care and the team has a lot of injuries (they couldn’t fill the bench against Arsenal). Also, you have to wonder if any coach even wanted to take the job?
He’s already developed
Guys
Relax about Tudor
He is of course getting unfair hate
But it’s all part of the plan to rescue Luka and get him to Barca
Tudor knows this (Croatian patriot)
It’s no coincidence that Luka “revealing” that he’s NOT KEEN to return to T today
Step by step

I still don’t understand why Tudor is taking so much heat? Tottenham conceded three in the span of 15 minutes. The goals were horrific on Kinsky’s behalf. I understand it’s immense pressure being put in that scenario. But what is he supposed to do? Have the kid stay in and get more goals scored on him after his confidence is low enough? It’s not fair to put the manager on blast for making a crucial change after allowing 3 goals right as the match gets started. The team has no identity now and on the brink of facing relegation too. Tudor was given a dumpster fire and people expect him to figure it out.
You don’t get that the English media tend to not like Croats?
I don’t think I’ve ever seen as much hate poured on a manager as Tudor the last few weeks…it was all his fault the 3 schoolboy mistakes to make it 3 nada 🤔
That keeper is getting PAID very well to do a job and he failed miserably..who cares the last time he started he should be prepared and ready to go!!
That third goal was so bad I would have pulled the goalie also. What are people smoking? Did he make a save in those opening minutes? I agree 100% with Tudor’s decision. You can’t wait for one more error to make it 4-0 that early in a match. He had to go.

Poor Igor Tudor, he is the Biblical Jobe re-incarnate, needs to keep the faith. Hopefully his wife does not leave him.
Igor will have a press conference Friday in advance of Anfield Sunday
It’s been confirmed
So he is still the manager
They both read each play well with perfect timing in the box. That’s what we need. Our big defenders to push up on a corner. Stanišić and Gvardiol are 6’1. Vušković is 6,4, Pasalic is 6’2. Pongracic is 6’3, Caleta-Car is 6’4. We have so much height our on side. Matanovic is 6’2. We just need speed to feed these guys. I imagine our team as being the German wall in 2014. Lahm, Boateng, Hummels, and I forget the other guys. Speed might not be on our side past our side given the ages. I could be wrong but lots of our goals will have to come from rebounds, give and gos, and free kicks.
Yeah gvardi, vuskovic and budimir from a Perisic little flick header he does into the box
These will be difficult for teams to handle
The mayhem is where we will score this time I feel
