Neville is a hammer thrower. Just another reason for Modric to go go LaLiga.
His leg was three feet off the ground with studs up. What a dirtbag.
Quite the dirty tackle on Modric yesterday. For a moment I though we were screwed. What a dirty prick Neville is!
How that is not at least a yellow card I would love to know.
@Armada,
Looks like Lakic will sign with Stuttgart. “no way does he has the mental makeup of Dado Prso.” I agree. I’m just saying that sometimes players hit that peak late in their careers. Hopefully, the transfer goes through and maybe a fresh start is all Srdan needs to boost his career.
@ Denis
Lakic was a journeyman, prior to his breakout season at Kaiserslautern. I agree with you that Lakic has the skills, but no way does he has the mental makeup of Dado Prso. Prso was a warrior and ended up being a huge piece of the NT for the 4-5 years he was called up. In the bits I’ve seen from Lakic, even at Kaiserslautern, I didn’t see that out of him. A fringe NT player, at best.
@The Hulkster,
Good point. Sponsor a bottle and ship one out 🙂
I will bring out a Croatian drink on Sunday.
I had no clue what a skullet was. Learn something new everyday on CS.
@Armada,
Lakic isnt done yet. Look at Dado Prso. I feel like he has the skills, he just needs to get everything together upstairs.
@Billy Ray Cyrus
Hell of a name. Thanks for signing in.
1 slight criticism: Since Croats seem to have the ability to distill liquor from every kind of fruit and nut, you should feature on Croatian booze.
The only thing better than a mullet is a bleached blond skullet.
Iličević with 2 assists and Petrić involved with the second goal against Den Haag in a friendly match.

I’m done with Lakic already. He had his chance last year when he was lighting it up with Kaiserslautern. He decided to move to a ‘big-boy’ team, had his chance to play, did miserably and now is buried on the bench. If he can’t even see limited playing time at Wolfsburg, I’m not sure I even want him on the NT. The other big factor is his age. Dude, is 28 and has 0 caps for the NT. Unless we have a string of injuries to NT players, what’s the sense in calling up a striker who is almost 30 with no NT chemistry or experience. I’d rather give his ‘spot’ to Petar Slišković at St. Pauli or Ante Vukušić. At least they MIGHT have a future with the NT. I could careless at this point where Lakic moves to, but all the best to him.
Denis, I think your hair is magnificent. Business up front, party in the back is the only way to roll.

@anonymous,
I have the feeling as if I know you. First, you chime in as a Ziva Istina impostor and now this. Come up with a cleaver name at least instead of typing in “anonymous”. I see you.
You do bring good shit to the board and comment quite often. Its a shame that you dont come up with a name. Also, you won’t be seeing streaks anytime soon. All natural baby
Denis, that mullet must get you more ass than Klasnic. I think you should keep it. Add some streaks and you’re laughing.
I have to make sure that I cut off Ante after one drink next time.
@Mihovil,
thanks for the links.
@anonymous,
Interesting how my hair is always an issue on the site. I guess I’m just stuck in the 80s or maybe I don’t want to look like Kruno Jurcic.
@Allen,
Rough week I know. At least your fantasy bball team is doing well. However, I will stick it to you this week. Good luck. Hopefully, Boozer comes through for me this week.
@Rob,
WE just barely touched up on possible friendlies for Croatia. I’m not up for a south american team. Not this time around. Any decent European side would be ok for me. NIreland to prep for Ireland, Portugal to prep for Spain, France/Ukraine/Poland/Slovakia/Slovenia/Denmark

LOL at Anonymous. Straight ownage on my favorite poster on Croatian Sports.
That Argentina guy was pretty cool. Who is that Fisto guy were talking about? I had to vote for Who because I rarely see him on boards. Sorry you’re going to have refill me on him.
Ante is such a clown, how can you not like the guy. He’s a funny man yet still complains about the basketball league and dreams of things like Luka going to Barca.
Your internet connection sucks and I am in depression. Sorry for me being mean, but when you pay 270 DOLLARS TO see your FAVORITE team score 2 points in a playoff game. Don’t you think you would be beyond heated. So piss off haters.
Hey Denis, it’s time for that mullet of yours to go.
Good show, guys. I watched the whole thing and was bummed I wasn’t home in time to watch. I would have liked to add to conversation. I’ll be watching next week though. And It’d be a great move for Corluka to go to West Ham. Just sayn’.
Klasnic scored one crap goal in a FA Cup game with a 4th division team. He should have had a hat trick.
Bolton stunk on ice. If they sell Cahill, don’t buy any players and Lee/Holden remain injured they will be relegated. Where will Ivan go this summer?
BTW: If Bolton had the funds, Kranjcar and Corluka would be great there.
Just to wrap up: The only players which will be sold/move on are Jelavic, Corluka, Dujmovic, Subasic, Vida (unfortunately), Lakic. Anybody outside of these players I’d be surprised if they moved. I’d prefer Vida to stay at Dinamo until Euros, but it seems like Mamic is selling off any valuable piece before his eventual arrest ;). Corluka to West Ham isn’t the end of the world, but its not ideal.
Don’t expect a big friendly, my predictions are after Sweden we will play out typical opponents: Austria, Hungary, Estonia. HNS are cheap and they never in previous tournaments booked strong friendly matches.
Handball, they are in good form so far but they are in a tricky section of the draw. The top half is so much easier than the bottom half (which Croatia find themselves in). I’m not expecting gold at the Euro Handball, but they should make at least the semi’s, anything less is a big disappointment and Goluza should be evaluated
Rangers need to sell Jelavic, they are broke….but Jelavic stinks
basketball sucks
Subasic close to a move to Turkey…
don’t expect any decent friendly matches from the HNS…expect Austria, Hungary, Estonia, maybe the “unknown” Moldova 😉
A few weeks back, we debuted “Ron de Jeremy Rum”…
Today, Anthony Bourdain had his first taste..
http://www.facebook.com/AnthonyBourdainNoReservations?sk=wall
coincidence? I think not… Anthony is following us.. 🙂
Team CS doesn’t F around with that cheap shiiiiiii
Mandžukić should stay at Wolfsburg. No point competing with Defoe and Adebayor for minutes.
@Colin, nice to see the Falcons go down. Actually, the only reason that I care is because I won $45 on a NFL parlay. Allen will be ready to go in a few hours.
My question to the CSR team – any rumors on teams we might face in friendlies in the leadup to the Euros?
Looks like we have Sweden in February, but otherwise I haven’t heard anything.
AllenInnovationOutragedOverjoyed19 isn’t gonna make it on your show tonight. No way. After watching his beloved Falcons lose today, he may be feeling a little under the weather lol.
Mario Mandžukić blizu transfera u Tottenham!
