Bayern Munich took the first half off then scored two second half goals to beat Hannover 2-0. Former Dinamo Zagreb striker, “Super Mario Mandžukić” capitalized on Bayern’s 68% possession and scored the opening goal just six minutes after the break. Mario seemed to be in the right place at the right time as he calmly left footed a shot into the back of the net after a pass from Toni Kroos inside the box. Chances are that Mario will also get the start for Bayern in Champions League against CSKA Moskva on Tuesday night. With great service from the midfield, all Mario really has to do is break free from the defense to score Ivica-Olić-like goals the rest of the season.

Croatian international, Ivica Olić, scored his second Bundesliga goal of the season for Wolfsburg in a 3-1 loss at Bayer Leverkusen on Saturday. The former Dinamo Zagreb striker started and played the full 90 minutes in the loss. Ivica scored to equalize in the 39th minute of play, connecting on a Ricardo Rodriguez cross with a left footed shot in the top right corner. Wolfsburg were totally outclassed in this one as Ivica finished the match with only two shots on goal. Ivan Perišić came on for Wolfsburg in the 71st minute of play in search of an equalizing goal. However, Ivan couldn’t get anything going as Wolfsburg dropped their third Bundesliga match of the year.

Former Kaiserslautern star, Srdjan Lakić, continues to come off the bench at Frankfurt and did so in the 81st minute on Saturday in a 3-0 win over Werder Bremen. The 29-year-old striker looks to be a second option under Frankfurt manager Armin Veh. Former NK Zagreb defender, Mateo Pavlović, was left off the roster by Werder Bremen.
Milan Badelj and Ivo Iličević were both left off the roster sheet as Hamburg suffered an embarrassing 6-2 loss in front of 80,645 fans at Signal-Iduna-Park. Milan should return to training sometime next week, while Ivo has yet to make the pitch this season. No word on his injury status and time of return.
SPAIN
Captain Ivan Rakitić scored his first goal of the season Saturday as Sevilla traveled to Barcelona and came within seconds of coming away with a result. Four minutes into stoppage time, Alexis Sanchez found the net to give Barcelona the 3-2 victory. In the 80th minute, with Sevilla on the counterattack, Vitolo cut it back to Rakitić who slid it past Valdes to put Sevilla within one. Ivan was very involved in the match, and his 90th minute corner equalized the match at 2-2 and gave him his first assist this season. On the defensive end, he had a team high four tackles and four interceptions. Sevilla have just two points in the first four La Liga matches. Their Europa League campaign begins Thursday in Estoril, Portugal.
Luka Modrić played the whole match for Real Madrid as they drew 2-2 to Villareal in Gareth Bale’s first game with the club. Luka created two chances, and completed a game high 67 passes with a 93% success rate, including 8 for 8 on long balls. Luka also fired two shots off target. He earned a “hockey assist” on Real’s 1st goal as he played right back Danijel Caraval down the flank.
ENGLAND
Nikica Jelavić may not be scoring goals this season, but he had an almighty assist Saturday versus Chelsea. Jelavić got the start for Everton as they hosted Jose Mourinho and company in Merseyside. He only managed one shot on goal in his 66 minutes on the pitch but assisted teammate Steven Naismith on Everton’s first half stoppage time goal. A cross was put into the air to the far post and Jelavić, instead of going for goal, unselfishly headed the ball across the box for an open Naismith to bang home. It would be the only goal of the game as Everton shutout Chelsea for their first win of the season. Jelavić is still looking for his first goal of the season in what seems to be a struggling offense, but his efforts did not go unnoticed on the weekend.
Jelavić assist to Naismith
Dejan Lovren once again starred in the Southampton defense, as he helped his side post another shutout in a 0-0 draw Sunday versus West Ham. Lovren played the full 90 minutes and was given an ‘8’ rating by SkySports as he “caught the eye and commanded the defence, as well as trying to bring the ball forward.” Lovren is making quite the impression in England, now helping Southampton post their second clean sheet in four games; and without earning a yellow card. His spot in the Croatia starting XI should be a lock moving forward if he can keep this form up. New West Ham signing, Mladen Petrić, was not yet put into the squad as he signed earlier in the week. He could very well make his Hammers debut next Saturday against Everton.
Italy

Former Dinamo Zagreb midfielder, Mateo Kovačić, had to wait until the 81st minute of play to see some action against Juve in a 1-1 draw on Saturday. Mateo has only managed to start only once in three Serie A matches this season. After three matches, Inter sit second on the Serie A table.
Marko Livaja’s road to “ten Serie A goals” might be a little tougher to reach as the 20-year-old came off the bench for the first time this season in the 78th minute of a 2-0 loss in Napoli on Saturday. Chances are that Atalanta manager Stefano Colantuono is just shuffling his lineup and Livaja will get his starting job back next Sunday against Fiorentina. Former Hajduk Split prospect, Josip Radošević, came on in the 85th minute for Napoli in the win.
Manuel Pamić looked on from the bench as Chievo struck out in Lazio 3-0. Former Split striker, Ante Rebić, also looked on from the bench as Fiorentina drew 1-1 against Cagliari. In front of only 14,000 fans at Stadio Communale Friuli, Udinese came from behind to split the points with Bologna at one goal a piece. Former Dinamo Zagreb keeper, Ivan “GPS” Kelava was in goal for Udinese and was not at fault for a beautiful free kick from Alessandro Diamanti in the 78th minute of play. Ivan finished the match with two saves. Former Slaven defender, Igor Bubnjić played the final 30 minutes for Udinese.
Ivan Kelava could do nothing about Alessandro Diamanti’s almost unstoppable free kick
UKRAINE
Is it time to panic in Donetsk? Shakhtar dropped points in domestic play for a third straight time on Friday when they lost to Karpaty 3-2. Shakhtar now sit in fourth place with 19 points from the first nine games of the season. Captain Darijo Srna was unavailable for action as he served a red card suspension from the Metalist game before the international break. Eduardo came on in the 65th minute with Shakhtar down 3-1 but was unable to get anything going offensively. Karpaty’s 26 year-old Mladen Bartulović scored two goals this game to put the reigning Ukrainian champions away.
Ivan Strinić got the start and played 63 minutes as Dnipro defeated Tavriya to keep them three points behind league leaders Metalist. Nikola Kalinić was left off the Dnipro squad for this match after scoring a goal against South Korea on Tuesday while on international duty.
Ognjen Vukojević got the start for Dynamo Kiev and played the full match as they were routed 3-0 by leaders Metalist on Sunday. Metalist was able to score two injury time goals to boost the score line after their initial 43rd minute strike to open up the game. Domagoj Vida was left on the bench as an unused substitute. Dynamo now sit nine points behind first place and open up Europa League play this Thursday vs. Genk.
FRANCE
AS Monaco beat Lorient 1-0 on Sunday, as Danjiel Subašić was in net, with little to do. Monaco dominated the match with 64% possesion, as Lorient failed to put any shots on goal. Subašić has been largely untested thus far in Ligue 1, but that could change next weekend as they travel to face defending champions Paris Saint-Germain. Monaco sit atop Ligue 1 with 13 points in five matches.
RUSSIA
Stipe Pletikosa and Hrvoje Milić both started for Rostov as they fell 1-0 to league leaders CSKA Moscow. CSKA were on the front foot for most of the match and Pletikosa played very well to keep the sides level until Konstantin Bazelyuk’s 70th minute goal. Stipe made exceptional saves in the 31st minute to deny Santos Vitinho’s curler and again in the 52nd minute when he stopped Ahmed Musa from close range. Rostov have been off to a great start this season and sit 5th in the RPL.
Saves at 0:20, 0:40, 2:00, 3:36 Goal: 2:30
Vedran Ćorluka played the full match for Lokomotiv Moscow in their 1-0 victory over Kuban Krasnodar. Dario Kresić was on the bench once again. Lokomotiv sit in 4th in the Russian Premier League after eight games.

@ Matesic
Some people would say I’m level headed, others not so much! lol I’m from London, Ontario.
There are a lot of people with some good ideas on how this team should be managed, others not so much.
Regardless, it’s good to be able to chat with others who share the same love I have for Croatian soccer.
I will say I’m a little worried as if we don’t get any points from the Belgium game, the pressure will be on…and Scotland seems to be playing better as of late. Hopefully we can just get through to the playoff.
I do think the players will show up for the Belgium game. In most big games we definitely hold our own and play well. They will be up for the challenge!!!
Zivili!
My croatia team
Croat Pletikosa
Bosnian Back 4 Srna Simunic Lovren Corluka
-Croat/half serb Modric Austrian serb Kovacic Bosnian Swiss Rakitic- Croat Perisic -Croat Mandzo Croat Rebic not too many pure croatian on that starting 11.
those blue ones aren’t bad, but those white ones look like the kits Hajduk had a few years back (which were equallyatrocious looking)
jerseys look like they are from the fucking 1980s..
not a fan
san miguel, wouldn’t be a bad change if they did something like that for the repka
looks great
http://visualsportdesign.blogspot.com/2013/07/new-visual-branded-teamswear.html
he has to be one our most consistent players for sure…
Why Pletikosa has never been targeted by a top club around the world is beyond me. He is one of the most underrated keepers around and for Croatia probably doesn’t get quite the mention he deserves, but for me he’s one of the greats. One of the most important players for the NT
no kidding iggy…
majstore, don’t forget to ask bilic to rub the jersey against his balls before returning… its vital to complete a proper jock sniff
tbh a coach like Bilic would be a big step up atm
Kranjcar will be fine back in London. Plenty of fast food joints for him to attack.
Is there any chance we get coverage on Kranjcar’s return to England, even if it is not top flight? I’m curious to see if he is able to be a top player in that league, even if that means nothing given that it’s probably slightly better quality than the HNL.
The National team needs to score more goals so less of olic and jelavic and that will happen Mandzo Eduardo Rebic attack
I’m getting a besiktas kit with bilic’s name on the back. I hope to god he signs it for me one day, only then will my life be complete.
I was just curious…….
Good for you regarding the lack of autograph seeking and not wearing jerseys with another man’s name on it. You should be applauded.
@Ziva-You asked if I am a Besiktas fan because of Bilic-The short and simple answer is NO.
I will of course take some more interest in how they are going with a HRVAT as the coach.I wish him all the best.I take more interest in any team with a Hrvat. That is why I read the site also.I previously took a interest in Tottenham, but no longer do.I do not approve of many of the methods of Levy, but relax,I don’t think his aim in life is to hurt Hrvati.I don’t seek autographs and I don’t even tend to wear many jerseys, yet alone ones with names,so I don’t think you can add too much to my comment about hoping for the best for Bilic. Thanks for the question though!
Poor Kruno Simon a player on our BBALL team didn’t have anybody to watch the derby with over the weekend cause most of our BBALL team are Hajdukovci. lol
http://www.index.hr/sport/clanak/simon-previse-je-hajdukovaca-u-reprezentaciji/700755.aspx
how the shit do we go from being top ranked 2nd place team to not making it…
it would be so bitter sweet… house needs to be cleaned but there is that back of the mind where we almost tasted great success last year at euros and thinking on the world stage it can come despite shitty coaching..
there has to be a point where you say fuck the coach this shit ain’t working and the players start playing their own system
the next Xavi and Iniesta after they win multiple Champions League titles.
@Nije Bitno
Hvala.
Thats beautiful!
Madrid may have drawn on the weekend but Modric and Isco looks like an awesome partnership in the middle.
Don’t think I ever saw a game where Modric and Ozil played that well together.
The next Xavi and Iniesta, maybe? 🙂
Life is pretty good for Serb Subasic these days. Keeping clean sheats, living in Monaco, not too bad.
Who has an easier job Subasic or the Barcelona keeper?
@Ziva
i more or less agree with u about Cilic
There is a real softness in tennis, even guys who are caught drug cheating tend to get 6 months or 12 months bans and thats it.
Tennis is kinda bs in terms of the federation’s doping rules.
As you prolly recall, i was on cilic’s coattails as much as anyone, i loved the guy, which is maybe why this is a massive let-down for me.. im so disappointed in him..
I agree, a cheat is a cheat and i wouldnt be bothered if there was a long-term ban handed out at all..
Bloody bastard Marin.. he had reasonable skills and could have been a long-term top 10 player.. ugh.. deeply annoyed.. : (

I just got the news release from the ITF announcing Marin Cilic is banned 9 months for doping.
Now is the time for the Croatian Tennis Federation to give Cilic either a lifetime ban or a 5-yr ban (their call) from representing Hrvatska. I would not allow a doper to play for my country in Davis Cup or Olympics. There is no room for cheaters.
If anyone has to go, it is Mamic the ring leader. Actually, it is Mamic and Stimac that need to go. Suker will be gone soon anyway and he is not the reason we are in the situation we are in. Those wonderful accolades can be bestowed on Mamic and Puppet Stimac who is the epitome of a Puppet in every sense of the word. Only a Puppet would listen to Mamic telling him to play Sammir against Scotland in Zagreb or else and take every order from Stimac as if it were his mission in life. Only a Puppet who apparently was Mamic’s mortal enemy prior to taking the coaching gig and wanted to have nothing to do with him would accept this job and take orders from Mamic at the highest level in order to coach this team. A total sell out and hypocrite at the highest level.
Mamic – You play Sammir against Scotland and do as you are told because that is an order!
Stimac: (as Mamic pulls on his strings) Ok, no problem sir!
If you look close enough you can actually see the strings coming out of him and the shit on his nose. Such an arrogant prick to boot that is shameful as a coach. To call him a bad coach would be an insult to the word bad. The direct line to Mamic is Stimac whether anyone wants to admit it or not. If people are happy we miss out on the WC that is fine and they are entitled to that opinion. However, the WC is not the same to me if we are not in it. Will I watch the games? Sure, really enjoy the tournament but it will have nowhere near the same level of excitement as if Croatia is in the tournament. Not even close.
Stimac should have never been hired in the first place and this wall will come tumbling down very soon. If that makes people happy so be it and I will not argue with their frustrations but I find it unfortunate that it had to come to this when it never should have.
Shed a tear? What for? Are we not men? We are DEVO…. D… E….V…O….
Croatia tops group F at EUrobasket 2013 with double overtime win over Greece. Next up is Ukraine.
Ukraine has one of these too…

homeboy is from LA, with a short stint for the Sacramento Queens.
If we advance, we can only meet Serbis in the final or third place game.
Looks like Rebic will be getting some playing time with Fiorentina, now that Gomez will be out for a while.
that HNS pederi banner made my weekend
@Mishko
u forgot to add Cico as coach also !
@ Ziva
Okay, just making sure.
Finally have the time to chime in on the derby since I had a busy weekend.
First of congratulations to Hajduk for FINALLY winning a derby in the last 1414 days. I will take those odds any day of the week. You guys mention heart, where was that heart for the last 1414 days? You won a game at home, svaka cast but you’re acting like its the World Cup.
Torcida got its love from the media, BBB came and filled up their section. Both did a great job and a special shout out to the BBB for their banner.
If we miss out, fine by me if its means Stimac is out and embarassment to Puppet Suker (unfortunately he won’t be shown the exit door). I wont lose any tears if we miss out thanks to the leadership at the savez level. There is a reason why the public in Cro has a negative opinion of the repka. We all want them to win, but there is a small part in many of us who will smile and have a nice smirk if we fail to qualify.
I was still able to enjoy the 2010 World Cup without Cro and I will be able to enjoy the 2014 World Cup with (hoping so) or without Cro.
Your poll question should read: Will Croatia make the playoff round of WC 2014?
We will not beat Belgium in Zagreb. A tie would be generous considering who our head coach is and not having Srna and Simunic in our lineup, and who knows who else we will have missing due to injury come October 11th. Ultimately it will be too much to ask for a victory against Belgium when all is said and done.
Now, on to Scotland:
The Scotland victory over us in June would be considered strike one. Technically we screwed ourselves but it was Scotland who beat us all the same therefore it is still strike one. Before everyone starts commenting that we did not have Luka Modric in our lineup in June and that hurt us please save it because although that is a true statement, it still should not have mattered. Scotland was missing 7 starters and we were horrible and there is no excuse for what transpired that day. A tie would have done the trick and that was clearly not too much to ask. Now, last Tuesday, Scotland scored on a 90th minute free kick to win the game 2-1 over Macedonia. A tie would have automatically qualified us for a WC playoff spot. This would be Strike 2. The game was out of our control but it is still Strike 2.
It is going to come down to us needing a victory on October 15th in Hampden Park and that is where the third strike from Scotland will come. Different sport but any way you slice it the call is three strikes and you’re out. This is a team we have never beaten and they are playing much better football right now. On top of that the Scots will treat this game literally as a WC tournament since they can only dream about making tournaments, “Hey Scotland, 1998 just called, they want to know when you plan on making a tournament again?” Hence forth it will not be our day after the smoke clears. Anyway, the answer to your poll question is Nope.
You may say that my comments above are panic driven but I assure you they are rational. However, I do feel some impending doom considering who our head coach is. With all due respect and sincerity, I hope that I am wrong beyond all comprehension but I just don’t feel it working out for us this time as too many weird things seem to be happening. From the Vida header miss in Belgium, the Scotland game in Zagreb, the Joe Simunic red card foul shortly after the Matic red card in Serbia, and the 90th minute free kick goal scored by Scotland against Macedonia. I realize other than the Scotland Macedonia example, all the other examples were in our control but it just does not feel right this time around. I have confidence in the players for the most part but absolutely none in our head coach, and I never did!
Prediction:
We will finish with the lowest amount of second place points as Bulgaria will take the last spot. This is what I was worried about after the draw concluded in Brazil. People have said this is not a tough group and I beg to differ because for the second place finisher it is the toughest group. We have no literal minnows in this group like “all” the other groups do and we have a group with arguably the second or third best team on paper in Europe right now. We have our biggest rival and the FIFA rankings will never show the intense rivalry and BS that goes into playing each other. This group is a perfect template of how a team needs to win the group in order to qualify because the second place finisher runs the risk of not making the playoff round. The Scotland game in Zagreb in June shows perfectly how one slip up can cost a team due to the toughness of the group “for the second place finisher”. In going over every possible scenario in my head it still plays out the same way. People will get their wish of Stimac losing his job but at the cost of us missing another World Cup tournament. Which is fantastically sickening!!!!

Problem with Raketa and the repka is that he plays a different position and we play a different style than Sevilla. And honestly, can we start a money drive to get Raketa a hair cut.

@Cico Fan Club: I agree with everything you’ve ever said.
Can someone seriously start a change.org petition for “Replace Igor Stimac with Cico #50,000” ??
I mean i saw ban GTA from PC’s surely we can make this happen ppl !!! Cico can’t do any worse than Igor and he will definitely endear the media a lot more than “suck my cock” stimac.. its a win-win guys !

Sign me up for that player alignment.
I like Kovacic back as I love his slalom ability to run straight up the middle.
We need to get this going NOW. We have to start scoring these next two matches to build momentum into playoffs.
Rebic on the right will protect Srna a bit.
Where are you from? You are one level headed Hrvat.
The more the merrier.
I hope we can beat Greece tomorrow to have a shot at first place to play Ukraine in the Q’s. Then the semi’s are house money. Serbia put on a clinic against France today.

Vrsaljko played 90 minutes for Geoa.
Stipe Perica played only 10 minutes for Dutch team NAC Breda but he managed to score.
Santina played 90 minutes for Belgium team Kortrijk and he scored too. This is already his 6th goal after 7 games.
I did not see the Everton game, but they are all pretty much the same.

The world don’t know who the fuck hajduk are!
And the HNL title is the prize. Let’s see if hajduk holds that afloat at the end of the season.
I bet my house on it they won’t.
I understand you loser team hasn’t had much to celebrate, so your trying to express yourself by being cocky, but I will remind you at seasons end who the real champions are and have been for almost a decade.
Bog I hrvati I dinamo CHAMPIONS I Houston dynamo
What about our Croatians in England. Kovacic, Livaja and Radosevic only played about the last 10 minutes. Rebic and Jedvaj didn’t play at all.
The only one who plays in Italy is Kelava. Bubnjic played the last 30 minutes for Udinise.
I’ve seen some great line ups in these comments but will you seriously play Perisic and Rebic while they don’t even play (much) for their team? T
Bravo hajduk,
Jebes Mamic dinamo u tri p.m.
Matesic…agree with your comments.
Rakitic is definitely playing out of position for the repka. He’s not a winger and as mentioned above plays a similar position to Modric for Sevilla…here is how I’d line us up, a little more offensive because we just don’t have a quality D just yet..hopefully that changes with the development of some of the youngsters.
————————Mandzukic—————————
Perisic—————–Rakitic—————–Rebic—–
————Kovacic—————Modric—————–
Strinic——-Lovren———–Corluka———-Srna——
———————–Pletikosa——————————-
You could potentially try swapping Kovacic and Rakitic but we’d be more exposed on D. Another option would be to give Modric a little more of a forward position and play behind Mandzukic as he would have the class to play more out of position then Rakitic. We really could use another quality LB as Strinic isn’t the answer.
We just need to get lucky and get a good playoff draw to give us more time to figure it out and to have our younger players get some time at their new clubs.
Cico – Respect!
Cico for NT coach and HNS president.
Also BBB with a nice banner in honor of Busic.
so is rakitic non exsistant for the repka cause the way they play him or doesn’t have the heart???
the fonz… best pic ever
we need to get that up as the website main picture right about now

@ matestic. i agree with you. i’ve been saying for a while that rakitic is way too talented to not be a big plus for the repka. the guy is still young and killing it in spain. there is an issue in that modric plays his position for cro. but the coaches need to find a way to utilize them both. i think we should be considering line up with 5 “defenders”, but where the wings on defense play much more aggressively up the line with srna filling that role, and possibly even perisic on the other side. and let rakitic and modric float in the middle. i believe srna plays this style with sheather

We really need Perisic to step up as a left winger. I have seen glimpses of great promise from him, but only glimpses.
He played well with his limited playing time at Dortmund.

Rakitic is a good player as a central mid. He is useless on the wings (where he plays for Cro most of the time.
@ Nas Hajduk
Jako dobro idea!
@ dannyj
Amen!
This crew will inspire all of our young teenage talent to strive to be the best ball players they can be. If not they will not have a spot on the NT. For years we have been in the malaise of mediocrity. Now you have to bring it or you will not be down. I love the way Saric comes in and competes within the team concept, a great example for the kids coming up behind him.
Especially good for Hezonja who has that talented punk in him that will not work in the NBA. Drazen embodied the essence of soul champion as he trained for 10’s of thousand of hours to be the best!
@ Mishko
Thank you for the post in regards to Rakitic.
Coaching 101, put your players in roles that bring out their natural talents!
Some one please create a mid-field tactical alignment that has Modric-Kovacic-Rakitic working together.
Rakitic has had too many good games for club and country to not work with!
They are technically gifted.
Modric is the genius.
Rakitic is strong.
Kovacic is explosive.
You have Mandzukic scoring goals ALL THE TIME!
Add to wingers.
Lets get to Brazil and take some names.
Is this rocket science?
Nothing worse then an arrogant dumb ass Croat in a position of power.
We have to do better.
Hvala Repesa za sve. Vi ste pravi Hrvat!
4-2-3-1 V Belgija Pletikosa Mikanovic Carli Lovren/Sifo Jozinovic -Kovacic Rakitic-Rebic Perisic Modric Mandzukic! Idemooooooo
An even better pic is the Hajduk players holding the banner that says (Za Hrvatski Vukovar)
Great pic by torcida how Stimac got the job as izbornik.
It sucks that MSS runs our nogomet and beloved Vatreni great team but no izbornik
Torcida phenomenal as always…
What a day for Croatian sports! Congrats to the basketball team, Mandzo, Rakitic, Olic and Veliki Hajduk!!!!
What?? DId that game actually happen??? Dinamo misses GPS Kelava.
To Jarac , & all my Hajduk Brothers – The PARTY has Just Begun !!! How Sweet it Is !!!
Barcelona are lucky as fuck. Seville are basically Rakitic’s team. He’s the captain, takes all the corners, shots on goal, etc. Scored a goal, had an assist to a 3 – 2 loss, but again Barcelona got lucky.
While I’m not a big Rakitic fan for the NT, I think he might be playing out of position for the NT. For Seville he’s playing more of a Modric position with more defense.
.
Rakatic with the corner Seville 2 – 2 Barcelona now we’re in injury time. Good game.
Rakitic with a goal. Barcelona up 2 – 1
on facebook, super mario posted a crazy run kovacic did, im assuming was this weekends game? if anyone jocksniff’s him enough to be his fan on facebook its on there
thats ti cico? we need to hear your after game celebration… or you have to wait till the party is over… every wants it

HAJDUK ZIVI VJECNO brate
jebes zagreb jebes dinamo
Moj Hajduk !!!
matesic, can cro basketball going to be legit again in the next few years?
can we say its similar to soccer as after the golden generation built up from some of the yugo days that it took a while for the youth programs to build up proper and now are churning out prospects regularly?
where is haet, telling more cros to have white cro babies now
As expected .
@Anonymous
They keep Jela up there because of his ability to receive the long ball and get the attack moving. Lukaku could be dangerous for him though if he doesn’t start scoring.
Mandzukic with a slot left footed finish from ten yards out. Dude is a predator in the box. His goals seem always to be pivotal in his sides being successful. He does get bunches here or there in meaningful games.
Heading over to Stari’s house to check out Modric and the Madristas.
Repesa is putting in a Master Class coaching job that will trickle down thorough out our national program. We have a long and skilled crew that contests every shot and moves the ball on offense. A true inspiration to see a group of hrvati play together and compete. Draper is an intelligent addition to the team as he brings a dynamic presence at the point.
There are times when we have 7’2″, 7′, 6’10”, 6’7″ and 6’6″ on the court playing great basketball. Most shots are being closed out and open looks only happen after the oftense has worked the ball. Our depth and heart and team work wore out Italy today.
And we have 2-3 young studs who will be ready by next summer to compete for a spot on the senior squad.
Between Espn 3 and BEIN sport I am watching Cro Athletes represent on a regular basis.
Bog i Hrvati.
@Anonymous, you’re an idiot who obviously didn’t watch the game.
@Anonymous
You obviously didn’t see his assist today.
Most strikers don’t get to that ball.
Beating Chelsea is a great result!
You can tell his teammates like the guy too.
Or maybe they’re just intimidated by his uncle…
@Cro vs Ant
I think he’s still struggling with that thigh problem from prior to the HRV/SRB match.
Jelavic is a joke!
How many games is that without a goal now? 27 or something.
How much more paitence can everton have for this sad mentally weak man?
Hajduk would be reluctant to play him.
The commentators really enjoy ripping on him and it’s well deserved the criticism he gets.
Can someone explain to me why Kovacic is not starting against Juve? Has he fallen out of favor?
Excellent assist by Jelavic.to Naismith.
any links for the hajduk game?
Hey Ziva, the Olic goal was pretty nice.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ydt4i93lMpM
.
Olic scored beyond an Olic-style goal. Hats off to him for that.
Mandza scored an Olic-style goal.
Hajduk-Dinamo today: http://www.index.hr/sport/clanak/pogledajte-kako-je-to-bilo-nekad-derbi-hajduka-i-dinama-na-poljudu-1990-godine/700477.aspx
Anyone watching the Arsenal game? Ozil is playing excellent. I’m happy for him.
.
Hrvatska 76 – 68 Italia.
Quarter finals!
SMM just misses an Olic type of goal. 37th minute
