CroatianSports.com visited Los Angeles Lakers’ Ivica Zubac for his birthday as he turned 21 years old on March 18th. The 7′ 1″ center from Čitluk, Herzegovina is a huge Real Madrid and Luka Modrić fan and said he will be planning a trip to Russia when the NBA season ends to watch Croatia at the World Cup. He thinks the Vatreni can make the semifinals. He also spoke about his NCAA bracket and the departure of good friend Larry Nancy Jr., who was traded to the Cavs a month ago.
Zubac grilled me for wanting to do the interview in English so I let fate be decided by a game of “rock-paper-scissors”. He won.
Adame- why did you have to go there? Now the truth is going to come on here with a lame nickname for Ante eg Doper Kvartuc
Ante I see you and your gains!
my circuits are overloading with all the non-speaking diaspora trying to translate this interview back into English.
Zubac refused to play for the national team. That is all you need to know about him.
haha wow! nice one
@ lol,
Thanks for the find. They rn it before I could even post on the site. Many thanks.

I don’t watch basketball anymore (because of the basketball culture’s devastating impact on inner city youth.)
That said, I support Ivica and wish him success in his blossoming career.
