HELL HAS FROZEN OVER…AGAIN.Former Hajduk Split striker Ante Rukavina has traded in his green cloverleaf of Panathinaikos for the blue shirt at Dinamo Zagreb. The 24 year-old Rukavina scored five goals in 31 appearances for the current Greek champions- even though most of those were last minute substitutions. He didn’t get much accomplished in Greece the two seasons he had there.
Rukavina scored 9 goals in 35 appearances for Hajduk Split in 2008. Is moving back to the Croatian Prva Liga a backwards step?
-How will Torcida and more importantly the BBB react?
-Is this the transfer Dinamo was looking for?
Let the debate continue…
With all his screaming, psychopathic rage and drunken strip teases, Mamic acts like a Serb…
the mamic video was classic. i think the journalist he was swearing at was the same idiot that wrote that the croatian fans in osijek ruined the cro-wales friendly by chanting za dom spremni.
they are playing Sheriff, not Manchester United. Nothing to worry about if you are a dinamo fan.
Im taping the recording the Dinamo game cause I wont be home in time to watch it! So I wont be checking any updates! Have a great day all!!!
Lets go DINAMO!
ps. Morales on the bench…I dont like that…
I honestly hope they come down hard on the HNL (Rijeka included) and savez. It would suck if some of the bigger teams get relegated (aand the Prva Liga goes to complete shit) or if the NT is banned from international games for a while, but we have to turn the corner already…
It sure seems like that with every other story except this one. They sure updated todays game quickly enough.
Lets go Rukavina!
But that is the point ExLax.
CSR is not a daily news source like Index, Sportnet, etc. That is what you haven't learned yet.
The only one who got punked was Mamic and his Dinamo criminal crew. I know I didn't discover match fixing. However, when the match fixing story began to break around the end of May no one here would acknowledging that a criminal investigation was taking place much less write an article and post it on the main page. That was my complaint from the very beginning. As you can see now there is an article posted about the Rukavina transfer to Dinamo but no mention what so ever anywhere on the main page that a betting scandal has rocked Croatia and has implicated this team. This scandal makes headlines everywhere else, index, nogometni-magazine.hr, and goal.com but here, which I don't think is right. This is the biggest sports scandal much less soccer scandal in Croatian history and there is not one mention of it on the main page. Say what you want about me, but I was the first to start talking about this story and covering it like it should be covered. This culture of covering up what Croatia does bad is what I do not like. By covering the scandal like it should be covered its helps rectify the problem. The truth is the truth!
Sine, odma kod doktora.
HASHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHHAHAHAHAHAHHA
"All you Dinamo fans, which clearly most of you are here on CSR"
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Sine, odma kod doktora.
the hell with this investigation, I'm still pissed about the offsides call on Rijeka back in 1999 that gave the title to Dinamo.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jE5mV7Jsq20&feature=related
Even Dinamo fans were aplogizing for this.
Bronk, you are not getting this. Everyone here is telling you that match fixing is everyday bread in Croatia. Also, that most of the football fans in Croatia were, and are, aware about this situation. You didn't discover anything!! C'mon!!
You wrote an article about that for CSR, so what? The way you are pointing things here is like no article had been written before because people were scared or something liked. It hadn't been written because no one cared. PUNKT!
Again, you didn't discover anything, and you don't need to be a Nostradamus to predict that something like this would happen. This whole investigation started with the German police some time ago. It was just a matter of time to come to this point.
Anyway yes we are talking about match fixing too much.
Jurica Vranjes just broke his contract with Bremen and is signing with Hajduk for 350,000 per year…
BRONK its well known most people on here are Hajduk fans.
As far as I'm aware. Ante BBB, DinamoDennis, Alex and me are Dinamo fans.
Hajduk fans are Ziva, Ante K, Denis Svircic, Fistonic, Tom in WPG, Anonymous, yourself and quite a few others. Believe me your not alone.
Listen Ante B I did step up and wrote an article about this scandal in June when no one wanted to even cover it at CSR. All you Dinamo fans, which clearly most of you are here on CSR, had your collective heads in the sand, telling me that what I was talking about was irrelevant and criticizing me for talking about it constantly. You criticised my question to Kranjcar about match fixing in Croatia which was asked because of me. Go back to the June 13th article that I wrote for CSR and what you will see is that every prediction that I made has come to pass. Clearly, history has proven me correct. Now what is hilarious is you guys can't stop talking about match fixing. What irony! Nevertheless, I am a Hajduk Split fan I won't deny that….but to officially set the record straight if Hajduk Split get busted for match fixing like Dinamo Zagreb has then let the punishment fit the crime…See you in Druga Liga. However, as it stands now the evidence points clearly at one team and that's DINAMO ZAGREB!
Last season me and ziva were picking out games that looked dodgy to me. He picked out Dinamo V Osijek 1-0 decided on a bit of a shove by Mandzo on Pranjic before scoring.
I preferred Dinamo v Lokomotiva 1-0 myself. Penalty look well dodgy. I also saw plenty of suspicious Hajduk games. Its how it is.
I am comparing OFFSIDE with how the Hague deal with war criminals. as there is too many incident to comb through they choose either the big fish or the big match. What's the game that will get the Croatia people on there side against the ones that are charge… its the Dinamo V Hajduk cup final. I believe fans of Dinamo and Hajduk will throw up at the thought that Dinamo and Hajduk agreed to throw the Cup final. That it was why they are going for that match. Rather than trawl through the small stuff they went for the biggy..
My biggest fear is FIFA or UEFA doing an investigation and they find out the savez knew about this, but did nothing. They don't have to be involved, but if the savez was aware and either did nothing or tried to hide this from becoming public then we are in deep trouble. That will ban the national team from competition.
I know I am jumping ahead with all this, but that is the worst case scenerio. Croatia is the perfect country to punish. Small enough to make an example of where there is no financial impact around Europe, but a decent side that has name and player visibility that would force the other federations to do a better job of policing thier leagues.
As for Surjak….someojne mentioned his name in an earlier post. The guy is scum. Trust me from first hand experience.
KingBronk,
You really are delusional. First, with the match fixing scandal. Shocker buddy but you didn't make any headlines because we all knew from the beginning that match fixing was a problem in Croatia. You still for whatever reason decide to live in Ignoranceville. GET OVER IT! MATCH FIXING IS NOT NEWS IN CROATIA, IT'S COMMONPLACE. What article did you read next, the fucking Sky is Blue?
Honestly man, these weak punches at Dinamo and BBB are exactly that…weak. Nobody is jumping ship so stop the overacting. If Dinamo is found guilty then guess what Mr Brains of the Operation, Hajduk is going to follow them since they have their own Mamic like mafijasi like Svagusa. How is that you don't realize that?
Smell the coffee and step your game up son…and try not to use match fixing in every sentence. We all knew way before you did that it was prevalent in Croatian soccer.
Re: Mamic
100% accepted. You will not find me or Ante BBB or Alex or any Dinamo fan saying that its not likely Mamic is involved in something like this. highly possible, but the people at your club are Mamic clones as well.
I cannot see how a 3-0 win is not fixed with Hajduk's help. You're the ultimate conspiracy theorist so sit down and look at the goals.
1st goal. Tell me where that Hajduk defender is going who suddenly makes a run from defence to half way line trying to play off side. Where's he going?
2nd goal: Penalty. Why has Pandza pulling Vrdoljak so clearly in front of the ref.
1st sending off: Hajduk player suddenly tries to take Callelo's head off. How about a bit of subtlety pal..
2nd sending off: A tackle from behind is a clear red. Boots raked down Mandzo's leg.
Hajduk are the ones doing the wierdness in this match. I think second leg could have been fixed as well. both teams won 3-0.. seems very strange to me…
AH and now we come to Timisoara now that is what you call a fix 🙂
Dude like i wrote in my article in June if Hajduk are found guilty let them be punished. Believe me you will not get a complaint from me. But the evidence points straight at Dinamo and there is no denying that!
Dinamofan you sound like a rat leaving a sinking ship mate! I can't believe you just disowned all Croatian ties. You sure you're not Italian switching sides like that?
On another note, maybe Hajduk is mixed up in this some how too, I haven't dismissed that. However, what I do know for sure is that the evidence clearly points to Mamic and his criminal Dinamo gang in Zagreb.
Bronk, do u even know the match in question by the way. We won 3-0. We didn't lose 3-0.
Have you seen the incidents in questions.
You seriously questioning Pandza's shirt pull on Vrdoljak? its a clear penalty.
The next red. Hajduk guy tries to take Callelo's head off with a off the ball elbow.
Then Linic puts the studs on Mandzo from behind.
Where is the fix???????
All i can see is that Hajduk may have thrown the game.
Your hilarious. You spent ages trying to launch a campaign for justice on match fixing and then your love of hajduk suddenly surfaced and you want it to be everyone but them. As i say we're all in it.
look mate, its your country not mine so its Croatia who's in disgrace not my country. your kidding yourself if you think hajduk aren't involved. they lost that match and without hajduk the scoreline can't happen.
we all knew this was going on. Its accepted as a quick way of picking up easy money for those who dare. Everyone knew it. If they dig some more they'll bring down whole of Croatian football including the national team. Hajduk has already been finger in the attempted murder of Rodic's agent so if you think they are clean on this your kidding yourself. Hjorve Vukovic also said he was threatened when trying to collect unpaid wages. If Hajduk escape it'll be stunning.
Dinamofan its called losing by a certain score to cover a spread. So yes it can be fixed.
You would say that Dinamofan because you guys are the guilty party…Dude…Dinamo rigged the game. The refs were paid by Mamic's brother! There is proof. Trying to smear Hajduk while Dinamo crashes is funny to watch! Torcida must be loving this!
that game wasn't fixed. you can't fix a match v arsenal. there was nothing there to fix.
Here is the latest news another fix going public.
Dinamo vs Arsenal in 2006.
http://www.index.hr/sport/clanak/namjestena-i-utakmica-dinamo–arsenal-zarada-pet-milijuna-eura/503903.aspx
Jeste pravi kriminalci. Mafijasi prve lige!
i Would not just say Dinamo and Hajduk but EVERY team is likely to be involved. I think what it comes down to is picking up easy money in an environment where there is not much to be earned from a regular wage. The Hajduk fans thinking that its all Dinamo are a joke. Dinamo and Hajduk fixed the cup not just Dinamo. It was your players actively trying to get red carded and it was your side that lost the match. Normally a fix comes down to fixing a scoreline. Linic and Jurica Buljat were brutal in that match.
Is it me or is news that Surjak done a runner from Hajduk's board just when this news broke coincidental.
What this comes down to is are they trying to take down Mamic or just scare him. Personally i think they don't have enough evidence to bring down the whole operation. They are just trying to show them they are being watched. As Ziva says if its all true it will bring down the whole of Croatian football. When Mamic says he could name names he knows of, he is sending out warnings to rest of league. If they keep digging EVERYONE will drop in it. FIFA will have no choice but to ban Croatia from competing as you have to have a Federation to compete.
Believe me Dinamo is going to pay a price for this. You are living in a dreamland with Mamic if you think they will escape unscathed from this scandal…and thats the Ziva Istina!
Denis, so a good signing to you is paying a guy $750,000 to score goals in the Cro league and nothing in Europe.
Rukavina is a waste. I'm as big of a Hajduk fans as you can find and I will tell you the kid was garbage with Hajduk, absolute garbage. I was shocked the greeks took him two years and I am even more shocked he can get a raise and come to Dinamo.
For Rukavina this is an admission of defeat for him having to return to the HNL.
We will see where the evidence leads this investigation. Right now it points at Dinamo, not Hajduk. But, there is no doubt in my mind that Hajduk is invloved somewhere. Croatia is the perfect country/savez to be made an example for others. Depending on where this leads, FIFA could come down hard and not hit dinamo and hajduk, but ban the national team if the investigation shows the savez was invloved in any cover up. If they knew about this and did nothing, then we could be in trouble and no national team appearances.
Rukavin will is a good signing for Dinamo. He weill score just as many goals as Madzo would have. In Europe is a different story. But It shouldnt be to bad! He just has to work on a few things. I see a big turn around for Rukavina!
Who cares about Rukovina, how will Torcida react to the news that the Croatian Cup last year was stolen!
Man is it just me or are the BBB in total denial!
Get ready for the Druga Liga Dinamo fans, its coming!
Man it was halarious to see Mamic's meltdown.
Ive been working on a few chants for the BBB..Check it out:

(click on the video tab)
Mamic gets very colourful with his language around the middle of the video. I guess his match fixing days are catching up to him. i particularly like his comments on Ciro at the end of the video. things are starting to get interesting.
Exactly Hajduk are as bent as Dinamo are. It would appear that this is not just about Dinamo or Hajduk though so have a think about what your saying people. I think the whole damn league is prob guilty. There were A LOT of convenient results last season. Hajduk for example go from no hopers to 2nd place. very interesting how it turned so quick.
It would surprise me if anyone in the league is kosha. If anyone watches matches or even goals do you really think its really normal.
I think if Dinamo fixed the match then Hajduk prob did as well. Apparently the fix was centred around red cards but weren't there some awful tackles going in by Hajduk in that match. Prob find that Hajduk were trying to get sent off to give them a excuse for losing by such a scoreline which they had prob agreed to as well.
As for Anonymous so you want no foriegners and just want it all Croatian. Well it seems Croats set up a big fix in the domestic league. Not exactly the behaviour expected of Chosen people.
This fixing news is all pretty embarrassing but it prob will turn out it runs through every single team and perhaps ultimately the only solution will be that the Croatian Football Federation will be banned by FIFA as the fix prob is well known there anyway which means Croatia will not be able to compete. Therefore it will not happen that only Dinamo is punished. Hajduk will take the fall as well.
If you relegate every team in HNL1 the league below gets promoted. Then we will see more Hjorve Custic incidents plus that third division side whose players got electrecuted in the showers due to poor facilities. We'll also have cats running across football pitches:) and referees booking guys who have had heart attacks for diving.
Offside will find the further they dig that the whole system is bent and that its impossible to disbandon the whole league and that they can't punish teams with no money. Maybe they decided that they would go for the biggest club as the smaller clubs can't pay any fines they want to hand out or cope with any punishment. Maybe this is why they chose to go for Dinamo and Hajduk will be next.
Hand on heart can anyone say that there team is not involved in the big fix.
1. Who gives a shit what the Torcida think? It has nothing to do with them. As you can tell I'm upset that a group of hajduk supporters thinks Dinamo deserves to be kicked into Druga Liga because of their activities. Smell the coffee donkeys…if Dinamo goes, Hajduk is going right with them. They are no angels either. One more thing, even if that game at Maksimir was rigged, your team still choked balls when Butina took down Andric's penalty kick in that famous shoot-out.
2. I'm curious to see how the BBB react as well. Rukavina is in a different league compared to when Hrgovic signed. While playing at Hajduk, Hrgovic talked shit about Zagreb and nailed a BBB. Rukavina never said anything against Dinamo, Zagreb or the BBB…but still, he's a hajdukovac. Nikad neznas.
3. Rukavina is the worst possible signing for Dinamo. I'll attempt to be positive-he's fast, that's it. Speed doesn't mean anything without talent and ball control. For fucks sake, have cevape waiting for me at the end of a 40 yard dash and I'll run it in 4.4 seconds flat. Sure, he might improve Dinamo when they play their HNL games but we need somebody for Europe. His performance at clubs outside of Sibenik prove this–the kid did nothing at Hajduk or Pana. This is a grossly overpaid player who is a pitiful "replacement" for Mario; Pana should've loaned him out.
Awful, awful signing by Dinamo.
On another note, I can't wait to see what comes out of this investigation regarding the Sapina bros.
